Can confirm this. Yesterday I took a look at the new content with my DC. Without active intro quest I could talk to the vendor. After getting the intro quest my DC doesn't get that "press F" option for the vendor. When I get close there's just the name popup for less than a second.

I just did a test on the target dummies in PE. Empowered Forgemaster gave me increased damage on Daunting Light, Empowered Break the Spirit did not. So at least on Live it's not fixed :( EDIT: Did a test on Preview now. Same result.

I'm having the same issues with [Sunite Garb] - the shadow on the arms part is reversed. Same for my CW hats. These reversed shadows only appear when I switch the lighting quality from high to low.
Feedback: Daily Divine Judgement I was also very surprised by the damage of Divine Judgement. It didn't one-shot the first boss on the bridge but nearly (HP dropped down to 20 or 25%).
