We have temporarily disabled Imperial Citadel (Normal) dungeon from public and private queues while we address some issues. We are aware of issues with all 3 versions of the dungeon, but have opted to leave Advanced and Master versions available at this time.

If you have a broken loadout due to the issue with Tymora's Lucky Coin, you can fix the issue by using the Replace Loadout function to replace the broken loadout with another loadout

There's a issue we've discovered this morning affecting some Adventurers in the new Adventure Zone. If the initial cutscene and quest in Volcath's base don't play for you, return to the Jolly Boat to play the cutscene and fix the issue.

We are aware of an issue preventing the Legendary and Epic rings from dropping in the Advanced version of the Demonweb Pits dungeon. We hope to have a fix deployed soon.

Hello Adventurers! We can confirm that Master Abyssal Gear is currently dropping less frequently than expected in the Master Demonweb Pits dungeon. Adventurers - there's an issue with the Zen Market on Xbox that we're investigating. In the meantime, please purchase your Zen on the Microsoft Store instead. Update: If you were experiencing this issue, it should be fixed now, but you'll have to close and relaunch the game.

Adventurers - you'll see this in the patch notes tonight, but we wanted to give you a heads up: The Minotaur companion will launch tomorrow granting 1500 item level, instead of the intended 750. This will be fixed in an upcoming patch.

Folks, it appears that we're back. Thank you SO much for your patience. All NW Adventurers on PC will be getting a thank you package of four Keys, one week of VIP access, and 300k refined Astral Diamonds. It should be coming to your mailbox, but the rollout may take some time.

Adventurers on PS4: We're aware of the crashes that are occurring in the Avernus zone, and are working on a fix right now. It seems the crash is occurring when players are moving from one side of the map to the other at great speed. Thanks for your patience!

Hey folks! This issue is fixed now. Anyone who charges as of 10:33 PT will receive their rewards. Anyone who ordered before that (but after the start of the event :) ) will get them later today as the team moves through and grants them. Thanks!

Hey folks, In order to claim your items, please hear to the Charge Promotion Agent in Protector's Enclave and use the Claim tab. If you still haven't gotten it, please post here what platform you're on, how you got your Zen, and when.
