Now that you mention it, I bought my latest zen with a credit card. Seeing as how I haven't spent any of it yet DUE TO PWE'S ERROR, I'm thinking that if this isn't resolved satisfactorily, I'll be disputing the charges. Am I the only one stuck on the thought that if a retail store did this it would be fraud? I know for a fact if Walmart posted a sale "until 6pm EST on 12/30" & ended it 5 hours early, they would be required by law to give customers that price, whether they'd had a "scheduling error" or not.
