My understanding is the TOMM difficulty has drastically increased. Was this intentional? Seems crappy that some of us are grinding just to be able to even see this trial, and it's about to be pulled even further out of reach.

Is there please any update on achievements broken by patches? Achievements work great in games that have no clear "I beat the game" moment. Neverwinter is a great example. Extremely frustrating that we now cannot "finish" this game. Cryptic has broken achievements in the past and fixed them. What is going on?

Broken achievements don't seem to be a priority. Will they ever get fixed? I would love to spend money on this game.

Just curious, do you normally skip the cutscene before LM? I have stopped skipping that cutscene (since it's kinda broken anyway), and I don't think I've seen this bug since then. Could be related to the weird stuff that happens when you try to skip the cutscene.

Just an update on this - I was able to unlock by using a 2nd character. I did nothing different on the 2nd character to get the Xbox achievement to unlock. Perhaps the check is mistakenly checking all characters for epic dungeon completion?

Unlike the pilgrim and primal sets and the chicken voodoo dolls, others appear to be unlocking this one. Maybe something is wrong with my profile?

To go with pilgrim and primal sets being unobtainable, and chicken voodoo dolls being broken, I don't seem to be able to unlock the Undead Pirate Palooza achievement. I have the in-game achievement for completing Cragmire Crypts (epic), but I don't have the Xbox achievement. I've tried completing the dungeon multiple times.

Adding to this about the currently unobtainable achievements for primal and pilgrims sets. Primal is half removed, so literally unobtainable. Pilgrim is gone, though I think it was unbound, so you could get lucky, but effectively also unobtainable. Please fix.
