I think that now in the age of mobile apps... just mobile app would be enought for those who want to manage game outside home. It's even better, you dont need your PC.

Right. I didnt play for few days but when i loaded NV i just got around 15fps during fights. Went directly to options, cleared cache, went back to game and voila...not a single problem.
