i see reduced numbers on sing as well also i think even if cryptic did it on purpose the spells that auto miss on sing should not if anything it should be increased due to combat advantage for all classes

i would say take human and take prestidig 3 and all other points in the aoe boost feats and learned spellcaster when rest are full

60 sec cooldown to long normal cd's are fine 60 sec in a fight is not cool
