I have been complaining to Arc about the players who join a Group Event, especially the Domination Event, and do absolutely nothing, except stay at the campfire. This happens to me a lot, and its not one or 2 players doing it, but all 4 players. I try my best, and it is so frustrating playing with these kind of players. I asked Arc about this, and was told that these players are not doing anything wrong for being AKG, which I found out stands for a way from keyboard.
Well today I was in a Domination Event and about to win the Daily Win, and I was Removed from the group for being AKG. I lost track of my team, and was searching for them, and when I finally joined up with them, this is when I was KICKED out. It was the other team that stopped participating. I wonder what answer I will get beck from Arc on this one.
Has this happened to anyone else besides me?

You found their phone #? There is no phone # listed that I could find. Their website does not have any phone numbers listed, and even Xbox does not have a number for Arc. Good luck calling them.

If you do hear back from them they most likely will tell you that the issue is not their problem, and to take it up with Xbox. This is what they always tell me about 80% of the time, and I have issued many support tickets.

I issued one myself because I lost my daily reward for Killing 25 Cultist. I accepted the quest and after killing the required cultist I noticed that the quest was not showing on the screen. There are more icon's now and it does get confusing. Its the up arrow that showing all the time. I do not even think I have had any Special Requests since the upgrade. I know what you mean because when I 1st started playing Neverwinter I had nothing but problems, and it took about a month to get the game working properly.

Thanks for the reply. I thought Control meant controlling your Companion, and I wish we could, especially my healer. She doesn't keep me healed especially when I am low on health. I guess because I am a TR I do not get the bonus. Thanks.

After I posted my question I answered my own question. I just never read the fine and dark print that says limited to 5.

May I ask which packs or boxes you found them in? All I ever gotten was a lot of people for the other tasks. I am heavily into the Leadership Professional because it gives more of what I need like the diamonds. I guess its just my luck because if it wasn't for bad luck I wouldn't have any. Thanks.
