Just tried this on my two mains, and yes no quest in River District counts except the weekly Ritual one and that is only available once a week. So you would need to wait 5 weeks to get all 5 quests done, which is just sad, I have read through most of the forums and it has been going on for a while and like others do not…

As this post has a similiar problem to me I thought I would put my question here. I would like to copy over my main character but when i follow the instructions of the posts above, i get as far as the page where I should be allowed to copy characters over, but, it tells me that in neverwinter I have no characters created…
