It's been bugged for a long time, it happens when your group enters using the queue system. If you enter the dungeon manually from the entrance then you should get a working a instance.

Getting the same problem, no mention of anything official that I could find, however when I tested my log-in on the sword coast page I got "Neverwinter Gateway is currently undergoing maintenance. Please try again later." How about some more information on the launcher or forum next time please :)
