• Overall the patch is good. However, the website Auction House still sucks (its better than the in game one only because search works). Why is the item name the default listing instead of the ah expiration time. Anyone who is involved with auctioning knows that it is the time not the name that is critical in placing a bid.…

• I have found the problem with almost every MMO is customer support. The owners/managers/developers just don't understand that a little communication goes a long way to avoiding disgruntled customers and bad reputations. If you make enough people mad the game will just die.

• I wouldn't mind gateway being down as much, if you could actually do any kind of sorting or searching in the game's auction house.

• It took three times for the patcher to recognize my internet. What is that all about? Then when I get in I am 7840 in the queue? Poor planning or what? Seems to me that those that paid should have priority. Oh wait. 5 minutes later I am now 69857. What a joke. I am out of here.
