This is why I was asking. I hate the way they look but didn't want to spend a lot on changing the appearance of them for just a couple of levels. And the bow looks even worse than the blades..

My main concern was that I could keep using these until something better came along, and that I would not have to replace them the second I hit 60. Thank you for your answers. they were a big help and relief.

You can find images of "Dragonborn" in helms. Use "Draconians of Krynn" or Dragonlance Draconians" as the search phrase. A few will pop up.
