Well if you handle the patch system why don't you shut down the servers for a patch. You claim you have a fix then fix it. Sounds like you don't have a clue whats wrong and are blowing smoke.

Hey serverguy we paid 200 for a guaranteed beta what are you going to do about that? Are we going to get a partial refund sounds like false advertising to me. You better patch this weekend or I see alot of phone calls for refunds. First time mmo has epic failed before launch.

1-888-344-4478 let the telephone harassment begin. Be warned you may encounter people that speak broken english and for all we know are on a completely different planet than us. If enough people call and ask for a refund because of this it might get them off their collective butts.

Same blue screen here, if I don't get into play this weekend I will be expecting a $200 refund. They guaranteed us beta weekend by buying it when all they really did was sell a guaranteed piece of <font color="orange">HAMSTER</font>.

Yeah im trying to figure out how to get my 200 back. This is <font color="orange">HAMSTER</font>, I didn't pay that much money to have problems, I paid to play not spend all weekend fishing the forums for a solution.
