So as of right now, I personally know of four specific enemies that cause this crash. Death Slaad - Spinward Rise (Howling Maw) Shadar-kai Witch - Vellosk Soul Slaver - Ebon Downs Frost Giants - Sea of Moving Ice (Not experienced by me) Edit: Area also does not matter, these are just examples. My account is new, so I cannot post, but the same sort of situation is occurring to me in the Howling Maw instance on Spinward Rise.
