I have this issue now. Was playing then the game crashed. Now launcher pops up saying connecting 1, 2 times.......then a neverwinter icon just sits in my task bar and doesnt do anything.

So can you paint your own custom outdoor maps or not? As in, hills, mountains, choose where the river flows, place buildings etc . If not.....then it kinda defeats the whole purpose of being able to make your own adventures.
