I posted this in response to another thread, but since it's a bug, I thought I'd cross post it here since (presumably) more appropriate eyeballs will fall on it. On thing I realized is that, I have something around 63% armor penetration, which means on the "without" parse, all my damage was at 100% effective. With terror, it wasn't because, I guess, I was granting the mob more defense than my arpen could fully compensate for? Something like that. At some point, I'll do a more accurate test and do this completely naked and without passives and see how that data comes out.

What these data show is that, without the Trans terror enchant installed on my weapon, my damage and base damage were identical. That means, NO reduction in the Ogres mitigation (defense).
However, with the Trans Terror installed, My base damage was actually MORE than my Damage value, meaning the Ogre actually has MORE mitigation when I hit him with my terror enchantment than I did without it.
From the combat log in-game:
WITH:
[Combat (Self)] Your Magic Missile deals 1965 (2020) Arcane Damage to Savage.
WITHOUT:
[Combat (Self)] Your Magic Missile deals 1844 Arcane Damage to Savage.

Totally agree. It would be a helluva enchant if it was actually working properly.
