[BUG] Fiery Pit: HE enemies where there is NEVER an HE in that area

I'm getting really sick of this. I'm trying to finish the Fiery Pit quest where you have to seal the doors. Twice now I've been killed by the group in front of the last door I have to seal. The group has 2 flameshields and 1 flamewrath, all at HE-level difficulty with the thick HP bars. There is NEVER an HE in that area. This isn't a case of HE's "not cleaning themselves up", this is something else. How are we supposed to do these solo quests if you put us up against HE-difficulty enemies?

    I haven't done the latter part of Firey Pit since right after launch when I played the entire module pretty much straight through. I did this quest then and didn't notice anything untoward about the mobs, so this must be a more recently introduced bugged group, like that one pack of barbarians in IWD that guarded one of the beacons that meant I only went TT pre-200-rep if I absolutely had to, in order to avoid the Lighting the Pass quest.

    This bug is not just in one area of FP, I came across this today when doing quests in the initial areas of Fiery Pit (Mushroom/Crystal). Everywhere I went, there were groups of enemies with the HE-health bar (when there was no HE nearby) and they certainly had the extra damage as well - my level 70 HR was dead within seconds of aggroing a pack of Hellhounds... While there were still a large amount of "normal" enemies that I could see, it is still very frustrating (and costly) to do quests in FP when half the enemies are suddenly twice as strong. Since the coming patch is fixing bugged HE enemies in Reclamation Rock, could the devs possibly look into fixing this one (if they aren't already)?

    It definitely isn't a case of an HE not cleaning itself up, either. A few days ago I was doing the Quell Hounds quest (where you kill hell hounds). Right before my eyes, after killing a group of hounds, a new group spawned that all had the HE health bars and difficulty. There was no HE anywhere nearby.

    all the enemies do it after you kill them and new ones spawn its always the thick health bar. thats why a lot of high filled maps will have tons of them cause people wont kill them.
