WOD Bug?

I'm not sure if this is a bug or not. The issue I am having is that I can't drop "abandon" the Cult Prison Quest. This is the one of the initial quests my character got from WOD. I do not know if it causing it or not but none of the other quest givers there offer any additional quests ( I already finished the other initial quests. ) This is occurring on another of my other characters also. I'd appreciate any info if this is indeed a bug or not as I cannot progress in the campaign boons because of it ( no fangs ). Thanks.

    Working as intended. You'll need to find some help to complete the prison, but until completed, you're in WoD "tutorial mode" and can't get new dailies.

    When it was droppable, you'd be stuck getting no daily WoD quests at all, since you'd never have completed the intro questline and it couldn't be restarted.

    Thank you very much for the info. I can solo everything in there except the end, just no room to maneuver.
