Are the Belts visuals disabled or just bugged??
i'm not sure if it just me or for everyone. (or with M6)

I didn't notice early cuz i was focused to level my char and didn't care about the visual of gears,
Now i starting to transmuting my gear and notice that i can't see my belt,

i also tried different belts but nothing..(without armor & with amor)

Probably someone knows better??

Off the top of my head, I'm pretty sure the visuals are missing from Artifact gear belts - normal non-arti gear belts will show.

There are only a couple belts with an appearance and they are mostly lower level. I believe there were too many clipping issues for us to continue the practice.

Well if that's the case, why is there still 'change appearance' options available? Seems to me it's a lesser of 2 evils to fix the clipping issues so the rest of the mechanics are still legitimately viable. There is a deeper issue than just clipping since there are tons of posts complaining about lag etc. Fix the core gfx engine so the rest of the mechanics work and deal with the directx problems and quit breaking the game with bandaid repairs.... If you are going to remove a feature or visual, make sure you remove ALL other mechanics tied to it instead of creating yet another issue for us to complain about. Seems to me you guys are grasping at straws instead of tackling these problems with a professional head on approach. With the drive to make more money from the playbase, you need to do so in a way that keeps the game fun and playable or guess what, noone will want to spend money. Getting pretty tired of all the excuses that are surfacing trying to hide the real issue of the money grab transformation! Ridiculous!!
Take the extra time to do the job right and it will never come back to bite you in the A**

Duuuuuuude. Ever rolled a Tiefling toon? Because their tails and horns have had hilarious clipping issues with gear* since Day One, and AFAIK nothing has ever been done to make either extant or new stuff to allow for them.

*there's also the detail that whoever modeled the tail apparently had a somewhat fuzzy grasp of basic anatomy with the effect that the thing emerges, uh, rather lower than it should... but let's keep this family-friendly and not go *there*

Indeed, there is some low level belts, that can change appearance. Here is some: Belt of many arrows, Deepscar's girdle/ looks almost like Belt of many arrows/, Mawcram's belt, Girdle of the Damned, Belt of the Ages and etc. Don't look for professions crafted belts or +4 shiny belt of peanuts. Look for unique names.
    I'm using Mawcram's belt

Corsair's Sash is one of my favorites.

I would be very much opposed to getting rid of the ability to transmute a belt with no appearance of its own, because some of those lowbie belts are really cool and you can make them work. And if it doesn't work for you, then you can completely ignore the idea of transmuting your belt. You are totally free to do that.

Mawcrams belt has a great looking skull and crossbones on it, it can be purchased on the AH for about 100AD. My poersonal favorit is from the first mini dungeon in the chasm. It has a blue eye and tenticles or something coming off it. very cool looking. You cant buy it as far as I know but you can go to the chasm and spam zone chat to see if someone needs help doing the quest.

oh and Thickgristles belt looks cool too.

Besides the already mentioned Mawcram's belt, Corsair's Sash and Mindflayer's Belt. There is also the Demolitionist's Belt and the Belt of the Many Arrows

Belt of the Ages (might be the same skin as Demolitionist's) and there was a pretty cool Bone-something belt that used to drop in normal Grey Wolf Den.

There is also the Belt of Captaincy (GWF) and Ironskin Belt (GF) and other class-specific ones. Belt of Skulls is for CW only but would share a skin with Mawcram's.

Belts bought with Lion seals and possibly other lowbie seals have visuals too.
