Game crashing every time on loading to Lair of Lostmauth

I think im stuck in a crash loop as I cant get back into the game.
Every time i try to load into the game it crashes back to the dashboard
Anyway to remove myself from the dungeon so I don't crash?

    Hey perfect world, can't seem to submit a ticket so I have to gripe here. How about you f****ing ****ing crash loop in lostmauth. Or maybe you can just release a new dye pack and mount. Get ****ed.

    Has this been resolved for anyone yet? I hard reset my box and left it off for an hour and I am still stuck in this endless loop of being unable to load my game.

    its just happened to me to, not happy about this as it just had a update , if poss can we get a fix ASAP ,

    puts u in enclave after log of for about a hour but you wont be able to do the dungeon till its fixed :(

    I have same problem with the same dungeon. I've reset game, system and router with no change. it still trys to load the same glitched out door in lastmouth dungeon. i posted a ticket for a support call. i'm pissed if i loose this guy. with 300 hrs and $120 in this character im going to flip if lost. I am reinstalling the game now. I will post if it fixes it.

    After 2 hours....pop in Enclave , but i dont return to Lostmauth

    just loaded my game and it loaded me in enclave , not going back in there until fixed

    That sounds good to me. By the way I tryed to re-install the game which did not work.
    So the solution is to take a break... Hmmm. I probably need one anyway.

    Wish I would of read this thread earlier today. First time trying out this dungeon. Queued up & had this happen to me. What's the luck that I would try it on a day it busts? Hopefully this gets fixed. Read a post that someone possibly got out. Hopefully me too soon. Hope the teams on it.

    same here, lostmauth bug keeps kicking me to xbox dashboard, my other char load just fine, how about some free AD for this along with the lag deaths i've suffered through!

    been doing it all day after update...seem like no one is paying attention in perfect world..lair is broken..fix it or/and reward those that had to deal with this <font color="orange">HAMSTER</font> all day...tried it all day with zero luck..the loop makes the game unplayable!
