voted - spent around mid-range in the vote options.

Would I spend more? Not after Mod 6.

Waiting for Mod 7, then we'll see.

Same here. I've spent mid-range money. More than $100 less than $200. I will not spend ONE DIME MORE due to Mod 6.

Unfortunately I cant recommend any active game because frankly they are all lacking in their combat system which in turn is why Im still here, yes even Tera. Eso is cheap to get and free to play but the melee combat is a disaster. GW2 looks sexy, plays smooth and is quite boring. Personally Im waiting for two games to release: Skyforge and Crowfall.

Thank you! I enjoyed baldur's gate and planescape torment some years ago...

the perceived value is different for different people. for some of us a couple thousand here and there is really only a couple hours real work. so the perceived value is less than if i worked as a server at McDonalds.

exactly... for some people money is more important than health and I help them recover their lost well-being after...

for me, enjoying myself is more important than wealth and moderate spending...

I wish I understood people throwing away houndreds of $ on bugged, unplayable virtual goods. Maybe such people just don't work for their money and don't know its value.

I, as many players did, spent real money on this game in mods 3, 4, and 5 to enhance our gaming experience. I figured since I use to BUY games and their expansions in stores, or directly from a gaming website... this was no different to spending money on NW. But now now with Mod 6... no way....they need to make important changes before I would ever consider spending a single dime again.

Think of it this way.... some people spend $100's joining leagues.. Bowling, Billiards, Dart, Horseshoe, Volleyball, etc. ( I use to.) Others spend that money on gaming, it is no difference, either way all you have to show for your money is...fun times.

Black Desert Online looks bloody great, but so far they've only released it Korea. There's been talk about releasing it for the west soon.

I was planning to buy more Zen later this week, but considering how unplayable the constant server issues make the game, I think not.

I'd love to support the game a little, but the servers have been crapping out ever since the new mod. So, I'll rather wait until/if the servers get more reliable before buying anything.

I've played for 2 years. I did not spend any money on Zen in the first 6-7 months - created several different accounts to try different race/class combinations. Now I wish I had not created all the accounts as I have ended up spending about $40 worth of Zen on each 4 accounts, and about $120 worth of Zen on my main account. Grand total is $260 over the past 15 months or so.

I am holding off on buying more Zen to see what happens with some Mod 6 changes that are being considered now.

I came in expecting to and ready to buy a LTS, but there was no sub.

Then I decided not to give any money until we see some devoted teams or something. When I played CO it always seemed development was slow and the excuses "Oh they have another project, give them time". Well it seems they always have another project and the dev teams are split up between games, they can't focus with so many jobs and the games suffer.

I play freemium games like subscription-games with a budget. 10/mo has been allocated to NWO, been playing 4 months, 40 bucks (horse and char slots). I've been happy with that. mod6's unplayable lag -> budget cut to 5/mo, (not zero, because I am having fun in 10v10 gg)...

$50 and I won't be putting more money into the game with so many bugs. I don't pay to beta test or early access. Mod 6 changes aside they could have fixed the issues pointed out on Preview before go live. A full month with broken powers, companions, enchants, ect is unacceptable.

$0.00. No plan to pay real money.

Between $200 and $500 in my time playing Neverwinter. And no, I wouldnt not spend another dime in this broken game.

Not until the development team can show that they are able to fix the game. Right now I cannot even use my main character because of a bug that they knew about on the test server for mod 6 that they have failed to fix. A bug that does not allow my character to spend any feat or boon points.

Level 70 and I have no feats, or boons. Because of a bug pointed out to them on the test server long before mod 6 went live.
Then there are the numerous bugs in game with feats and powers. So far the new development team is looking at everything. Well, more of just a new leader for the development team. But nothing has gotten done.

Hell, I turned in a support ticket on Friday of last week for my character and I'm still waiting for them to do whatever they're going to do to make THAT right.

    So no, not a penny.

In all seriousness, this is not a proper discussion and can (and looking at the replies, will) be used by people discontent with mod 6 as a soapbox to complain about the company and the game. Furthermore...it's really none of the other posters' business what another player spends on the game, as this could lead to ingame griefing. That should be at the discretion of the player.
