My main is a SW. What do I like most about it? Nothing. I consistently do less damage than other classes, and can't play any role well.
Why SW then? Because it's the only class that interests me.
Why bother playing then? Because a friend wants to play and so I suffer through for their sake. Once I can convince them to go back to FFXIV I'll stop playing this, likely forever.

While I feel your frustration with the SW class, we have a new lead dev now. I know the work that was done on STO while he was at the head, if he truly does hold the reigns of power here, we can expect things to get a lot better in Neverwinter. Now can he turn this sinking ship around? I dunno. Does he have the power with the outside forces (Wizards of the Coast, PWE) putting pressure on Neverwinter to perform? Again, I dunno. At this point though he is our best bet at making this game enjoyable again and for the warlock class as a whole.

TR since the very beginning, though I play all classes and enjoy it, my first character is still my main - same class, same path (MI), same tree (Exe). I like the swift and stealthy damage dealer type. TRs used to be a struggle to play before M5, but never so much as to make me wanna give up.
I like the overall style of the rogues in NW, but I hate the looks of most of the gear that came after the original campaign. Black Ice gear looks decent, until you upgrade it. I want a nice variety of hats and head prices, and a backpack as a neck piece. Please stop making all this outlandish looking gear and remember the settings of the game. We're not superheroes, nor manga characters.
sorry for the rant
I hate dancing with Lady Luck. She always steps on my toes.
Besides the considerable dps help (which is still sufficient but was a bit crippled with the fix to the capstone feat: shadow of demise being applied to only one enemy at a time, just with powers, not anymore with at wills, and that the chosen enemy is random if using an AoE like smoke bomb)
and the possibility to apply a debuff that every team mate can benefit from (using Sly Flourish)
I'm happy to use stealth just for a split second before striking with a big hitting power, since I'm no great fan of perma stealth and slow paced battles consisting mainly of gloaming cut spam
( which means I also like to be able to draw some aggro when needed, helping less resilient team mates from being targeted more than they can handle ).
I also love the mechanic of being able to put up stealth long enough when my party needs it, for example if someone need to be res. i can stay away from the enemies' threat lists and silently help fallen team mates,
expecially in valindra where stealth + ItC is vital to res someone who's fallen to those life leeching black phantoms.
I'd also love to see a change in gameplay where the use of deft strike to teleport can help in dungeons or other content, making available new areas or loot otherwise inaccessible, allowing to skip some battles etc.
I've been playing TR starting with beta. I've tried all the classes, several times, but TR fits me best. Even during the dark times when TR's were severely under powered I couldn't stop playing the TR. I really like the TR's focus on burning down the boss. I'm glad we have a little more AoE now, but I kinda play with tunnel vision. Being able to focus on one primary enemy while others handle buff / debuff / tanking / healing, etc. works best for me. I enjoy the whole dive in, hit, dive out style of attacking.
Nixon the TR

Not SW. Disappointed in them.

I have 5 chars, 4 classes (one just for storage) and all they've been doing since Mod 6 kicked in is login to Invoke & logout.
So there you are. . . I play "Invokers".
I play mainly a Gwf,
it took me to level up 2-Classes before,
that I realize that Gwf is actually the only one i want.
My First Char on Neverwinter was a Cw than a TR. (I played both mainly at this time)
Now, I will stay with my Gwf till to the END! no matter which new class will come,
I'll Probably try new races but thats all.
