What do you mean unable to play with others??? These people are going to be in the same queue as you whether they have PVP gear or not once they reach level 70. You can avoid having them on your team by queuing premade only, but that just means you wait longer and have lower quality matches.

ok, sure they can buy blue stuff, thats it, you have a big disadvantage playing against somebody in epic gear having 2000 tenacity, better stats, much more HP!
so all in all since you get sloughtered 100 times ---> it is unplayable for most ppl
and since I want an more balanced gamaplay and not a PVP with 10% BIS and the rest wearing blue gear I don´t like this thread, don´t like these silly comments and don´t like cryptic
even recycled balck Ice gear is no option for PVP, nearly no teneacity, and the ammount of Black Ice you need inclusive the mats are just....no comment, take a look yourself, go Icewinddale
btw I don´t care about premades -small part of PVP communitiy- living virtually in neverwinter, discussing best exploits ingame and cook their own soup

My post was a response to the beatannier post on the last page, I just got distracted and forgot to hit the submit reply button for a while. I agree with you, they either fix this soon or PVP dies. It's been in hospice care for 3 mods anyways.

Kick reasons like "LOW HP" "asdasdas" or "lame" explains enough.
What these sort of replies do is attempt to shift the focus from the actual issue
It was replied already that they are unobtainable in a legal way. Nothing more to add. EOT.
If you still have issues with finding even a blue bubby gear, wait `til 23rd. The patch should include OP mentioned seals aswell.

to be onest I have promoted and accepted kick with "Low HP" and that is actualy the only reason I accept a kick before we actualy reach the first boss of dung/skirmish...
but the "low hp" for ME is below 40k... that is where just a stray hit from a mob (and not a charged or red circle) will insta kill... also just with questing gear you should be around 50/60k on a dps... joining a t1 with 40k or less hp only mean that you'r holding on your old lvl 60 gear... and with that you will 90% of the time being looking at the ground rather than the enemy only to say that is the game fault if he die... that it is too hard or even impossible... I even got a queue for t2 with a 30k hp... when we asked him why he queued for t2 like that he replied "I'm 2,7k ILvL... I'm more geared than you all" ... and chain died against normal mobs... until he left on his own blaming the game for his failure...
so yes... LOW HP is actualy a good reason for a kick... considering 60-70k Low hp on the other side is just being an elitist...
I spent a lot of time on test server. I found I will need much more HP than have now with T2.75 set.
I found it is possible to buy a PvP set and use it once I hit lvl 70.
I shared this info both with guildmates and on this forum as a report from preview.
You had been warned many times. You had months to prepare for module 6.
If you didn`t. Bah! Now nobody want you in party and you spend hours in queue.
We party up or PUG in city. Don`t queue. Queue left for <50k HP non-PvP set wearers.
Blaming for a good advices, indentionally ignoring them can only cause you to get mad.
But the only person you can blame is yourself. Becose that you didn`t prepared for module 6.
Greetings, the man who made ~30 succesfully VT runs already and keeps going.
btw. There is no legal way to obtain OP mentioned seals right now.
edit:
If you find a helpful hands, you can party up with them and frop your bubby blue set parts that will allow you not to die in 1 hit from anywhere. But the blaming posts only makes those hands to close and hit you instead of help you.
You come across as nothing more than an 'Elitist A-hole'. If that was your intent; congrats.
How does one get Seal of Triumph now? The quests now only give AD, both PVP victory and the lizard daily one. Since the Seal of Triumph is required to buy the PVP gear, how does this work?
I have 100 left i don't need i can give you. Oh they are bound with new ,,improvement'' to riches. too bad...
Tairev-TR(All kind of killing tools) Asha-DC(Faithful-Anointed Champion) Vilgefortz-CW(Thaumaturge-balance)
On a somewhat related note, I've noticed that the two PvP dailies do not give extra glory anymore, just AD. Does that change at lvl70, where they start to give about 500 glory for finishing the daily?

That will be fixed according to the Patch being applied today.
No seals of triumph...re-logging does not FIX it as mentioned earlier. Gautlegrym, Domination, dailies, dungeons, Domination master in the pvp hall does not give any seals of triumph. Please fix this..I need them for my last piece of armor.
Ok so I logged and still haven't got them. Many people are sying you need to be lvl 70, is this true ? If yes then that is one of the most unfair decisions ever. People at 70 already have the set because they was lucky enough to have some seals before this mod went live, so they already had there set ready and waiting for them for when they hit 70. For people like me who have 0 seals I have to know lvl to 70 and then endure great fun fighitng people with there op sets just to get mine ?
I really hope that is not the case. Seals should be for lvl 60s and above because you need to be lvl 70 to wear the set anyway so not sure why that would be an issue.

I got the seal from the DoM victory quest at lvl 70 earlier. So I guess it does require players to be lvl 70 for to get it.
Reason for this seal of triumph fiasco? I guess because some PvE-ers that complained PvP-ers should not get lvl 70 epic set right after ding lvl 70 because of this and that. Devs granted their wishes and everyone else suffers.

The thing is that many players happend to have spare seals so they could afford there set right away that should not mean that players who didn't have seals should be punished and have to wait to 70 to even start gettign them.
Pve players already get everything. Pvp is so unrewarding already ther eis no reason to make it worse.
70 is the new 60 and 60 - 69 is part of the new 10 - 59. At 60 - 69 you are NOT an end game toon yet and are thus not entitled to max rewards.
I am a PVPer and not yet 70 and I don't complain about this as I am aware that 60 - 69 is not end game PVP. Stop crying and get on with it.
PSA: You don't need to grind Spinward Rise for your Elemental artifact main hand if you have some AD lying around. You can craft it via the Tyranny of Dragon's campaign screen.

Ok so some people had seals before this mod that means they can have the set as soon as they hit 70 while others who didnt have seals have to hit 70 then farm the seals whilst playing against people with the set.
It has nothing to do with 70 being the new 60 at all. People should not have to put up with playing against people with the full set while they are trying to get theres. If others got there set ready before 70 then EVERYONE should be able to.

One of the worst things about it I think, is that team mates will definitely take the HAMSTER out of you for not having that gear. And these are seals of triumph. It is not like playing in a lower gs pvp set up against people in bis pve gear: those guys are easy to beat. The ones who can buy a whole set straight off, though, are seasoned pvp players. The set proves that and maybe that is the point. It puts those who had bis pvp gear ahead of the curve in mod 6 the same way they were ahead of the curve in mod 5 sheerly through winning matches. They had no further use for the seals in mod5 because they had already bought everything they could with them and then they just accumulated. It maintains the status quo rather than rebooting it. For people who just leveled alts to 60, or returned to the game, when 6 dropped, I guess it is just too bad. It sucks but what are you going to do?

I had 70 seals and a lot of glory saved up but I exchanged them all in to make a little ad because they was worthless and at that time there as no mention of new gear being brought to the game so yeah I put all the effort in and now I'm being punished for not being psychic lol.
I don't mind grinding the seals again but having to do that at lvl 70 where everyone already has the set really makes no sense at all. Seals should be obtainable at 60 and above because the set can only be worn at 70 anyway so what the hell is the issue. I think they just like making pvp annoying and unfair.

I totally agree with this and might ad that the level 65 pvp sets should cost seals as well. That way as you level to 70 you are faced with some difficult decisions on whether or not to spend those seals at all. A decision made a little easier by simply playing a ton of pvp with the intent to actually win and not just farm ad.

''People should not have to put up with playing against people with the full set while they are trying to get theres.''
So in previous mods when I was only able to get an Indomitable Warrior set at 60 I was not disadvantaged against players that had Grim and Profound equipment? When BI came out I spent two months in Profound gear waiting for the RNG to drop my arms while many of my opponents had BIS Purified/Corrupted gear. I complained not because I had to grind for gear, but because RNG was such a POS. Then came Draconic and some of my enemies were mixing Draconic pieces in for offensive stats while I was still grinding for them.
Many players got their Tenacity rings well before me on my GF and could sacrifice PVP gear for offensive PVE gear.
What is different?
If you level your character via PVP you can immediately purchase a lower tier of PVP gear off the bat. I leveled my TR just before Mod 6 dropped exclusively through PVP, throwing some dragon dailies in to get my boons. As soon as I hit 60 I could purchase a full Battlefield Skulker set and this was after using glory to purchase PVP gear at levels 25, 35, 45 and 55. If you have built a PVP toon there is no excuse to enter level 70 PVP without serviceable PVP gear.

It's not really the same. The old gear when 60 was max wasn't that strong where it would make a massive difference to people who didn't have it. This new gear is. It gives so much more stats than any gear avalable under 70 and clearly gives the player who is wearing it a massive advantage against thoes who aren't so yes all I'm saying is they should make it so players can still get seals under lvl 70 so they can wear there set when they hit 70.....just like the lucky people who saved seals got too so not sure why everyone else shouldnt.....

From my own experience, Skulker and Warrior sets boosted stealth duration and guard meter by 20% each. That was a nice and noticeable buff. As the gear progressed to Grim and Profound, GFs got even more guard meter and had a boost to run speed. Sets got better and the bonuses were noticeable. My GF with Profound gear had as much as 2 - 3 seconds more guard meter if I remember correctly when compared to my GF without any PVP gear.
Right now, set bonuses are gone, which actually closes the gap. No more will a Prodound GF, for example, have 30% more guard and run 12.5% faster than a new GF. Set bonuses have been replaced by HP if you want to find a marked difference.
And really, it isn't luck. Any mindful PVPer would have been in preview and would have checked the new gear and would have seen that they needed seals. I'm in a one-man guild, exclusively pug PVP and hardly the best geared/played GF around yet I found out myself, via preview, that there was new PVP gear that needed seals and I knew this nearly a month before the original launch date. In fact, before they level locked it I was able to purchase a full level 70 PVP set, slot it and test it. There are no excuses here for an established level 60 PVPer to not have had the seals, Grym coins and glory on hand to start gearing up.
And the new players? Well, as I pointed out in my previous comments, the gear progression is nothing new in this game and 70 is the new 60, so a Paladin grinding to 70 and then grinding seals is no different to a Mod 4 SW doing the same to 60 or a Mod 3 HR doing the same.
PSA: You don't need to grind Spinward Rise for your Elemental artifact main hand if you have some AD lying around. You can craft it via the Tyranny of Dragon's campaign screen.
I think it comes down to this: Should players who do not have the new bis sets just not que because they didn't prefarm? Because I'll bet most people in pugs will not have them and you will end up with them on your team more often than not. Like most of the team, most of the time. So it doesn't just put the player without the gear at a disadvantage, it puts the player with the gear at a disadvantage as well. And it won't help anything to berate them , it will just HAMSTER them off and make them not que which will lessen even more the pvp population and extend que times even further.
So there it is. The system is flawed because it simply is flawed and it will hurt everyone. People can make it worse by accusing those without the gear of not prefarming but that will only make a bad situation worse.
No matter how you cut it, no seals while leveling 60-69 is just a bad for pvp.

Complaining about the fact that the Seals are 70 items... and not available for lower levels is not going to change the reality of the situation.
We may choose to focus, now that hey are back, on other battles and leave this one alone.

I wasnt on the game then so i had no idea....
I dont know why your making a big deal of it man, ould it really be so hard to just make seals rewards for 60 and higher ?
I dont care about if 70 is the new 60, i don't care if they said new ets would be in the game the main point is that there are players that could wear there set as soon as they hit 70 and then the other half of players have to hit 70 and then struggle in pvp fighting people with the set just to get theres.
I spend a lot of time in icewind doing 1v1s and i have fought many other gf's who have this set and there stats are way beyond mine because of it, sure i can still win but it requires me to use much more skill than them and that is something you cant really do when your getting 3v1 in a dom game.

So there it is. The system is flawed because it simply is flawed and it will hurt everyone. People can make it worse by accusing those without the gear of not prefarming but that will only make a bad situation worse.
No matter how you cut it, no seals while leveling 60-69 is just a bad for pvp.
