Tyranny of Dragons Lairs

Is just me or someone else is not receiving the Tyranny of Dragons lair quests?

    If your character isn't level 60, they're not supposed to get them at all.

    Not enough information to go on what your specific problem is.

    Im lvl 70, i get the Common Cause quest that send me to Mythral Mines or any other lair, but dont receive the Mythral Mines quest, so i cant enter in the lair.

    The other usual problem is forgetting to grab it from the NPC in PE, which can have a moment's delay after speaking to Boward.

    I think it just isn't showing the indicator on the lair quest providers and you have to check them to see which one.

    The reason you didn't receive the quest is because you didn't talk to the other people around the Harper. After accepting common cause, pause your Sonic the Hedgehog legs. Look at the NPCs in front of, to the right, and behind the Harper. You will see a ! icon above their head. They will give you Barrow Demo, Mithril Mines, and others.

    I found the problem, the "!" icon was not appearing above the head of the npc.

    People need to learn where they get quests even when they can't see an !

    It's not like the same person doesn't give Mithril Mine every single time it should be offered.
