There are some valid points in the OP but the fact that the difficulty has increased, the new heroic encounters (with mechanics!) makes the new module fine by me.

Still, hiring some new environment artists not to give us the same old maps 50 times would be a good idea imo.

I took the time to prepare well in advance for all the changes. I am having a great time with the new Module.

I've been having quite a bit of fun. The new adventure with Minsc was a really fun nostalgia trip. The areas look interesting, I like how they are making good use of much of what was formerly dead space in these maps. I bought my level 61 blues from WOD so I haven't had any problems with the difficulty yet. The new quest system is a little wonky, I typically like to get all my quests at once, but for some of the new tasks there is a limit of 4.

As a new player at 60 i would probably quit game because boredom of pseudo-campaign in 61-69, no viable option to be in DR/SHARA/IWD/TOD, no epic dungeons to start gear up. Braket expansion 61-69 could be solid continuation of known 1-59 mission quests, but current state is not appealing at all. Player after completing quest line in Whispering Caves (which is brillant), has to farm XP on reshashed maps, with purpose to get 70 ASAP.

My feedback about Mod 6? Well, I hate what you did with TRs... seriously, lately it looks like you are forcing us to play the way you want, chars have three ways to make builds, let it be.... you destroyed perma-stealth, now you did the same with executioner... any char could be strong if the player invest in it, you shouldn't judge based in what some players complain about. I play with TR, CW and DC, and both were great to me, now my TR is bad, I don't like to play with it anymore, because i liked of executioner... now I have to change my build, to play in a way that I don't fell good but I won't.. I don't have pleasure in play with TR anymore, I play for fun, and if it's not funny for me, I won't play anymore... sorry... the team Neverwinter needs to learn that it's impossible make everyone happy, just let the game happen.

My main is STILL an Executioner build with a prior GS of 16k (before the change to gear level). He easily plowed through all the new solo quests. I am not sure what you are talking about.

Overall I'm not sure how I feel about the mod6 changes.

    1. Life steal changed most of my builds quite a bit. I was able to figure it out on the preview so it isn't' too bad. However, not being able to use a healing potion when 1/4th of my hit points are gone is a bit odd.

    2. I only have time to pray once a day in most cases. So, the new system doesn't work for me. I'm not too worried about it and do the prayers and professions run anyway.

    3. Professions I'm ok with other than the fact that the gateway still isn't fixed.

    4. I'm enjoying leveling up all 50 some odd of my companions LOL

    5. Everyone is very worried about getting to level 70. I'm finding that the adventure zones don't offer enough something to level fast and I've run all of the other content. All of it. So, endless tasks and maybe 3/4th of a level when I have time to play during the work week :/ not so fun.

    6. I've not touched the dungeons yet. I really dislike that I can't run a dungeon just for fun. I don't understand the new system and want to learn a little more about it before jumping in. Hopefully by then, by some miracle, I'll be level 70. Also, I don't mind the grind for gear, I just hope the drop ratio is fixed. Seriously. If I have to run Temple of the Spider over 200 times for one piece of gear again, I may cry.

That's all I can think of at the moment. I'm sure that there is more lol So yeah, I'm "meh" about the whole thing, other than the new storyline and builds :D I love the look/feel of the new areas a lot.

For me one word sums it up, GRIND.

This is a throwback to the HAMSTER that was shanandar.

Grind to unlock to grind to unlock to grind to unlock...

What happened to the people that made Dread Ring, did they quit?!

Cut the quest count required pr mini hub in half and double the pr quest XP award already. 16 quests is way too many when you can only do 4 at a time. Especially when everyone and their blink hound is stomping all over themselves to kill the very same mobs to cash in the very same quests so that they can move on to the next mini hub.
