GWF... No Class Mechanic

The servers went down while I was doing my respec... now I am unable to slot my class mechanic... afraid a GWF without unstoppable is not of much use LoL...

    so, from zone chat, I know this has happened to others... question is, did it happen to everyone who respeced, or just those who were respecing when the servers went down... any feed back would be appreciated...

    Yeah same happen to me, i was on the middle of respecting when the server kick me after the Mod 6 being up a couple minutes. So I'm not sure if its related or not but i can't play without something so important as a mechanic missing.

    Edit: I already got a response from support, but I'm on the waiting list given the fact so many people is sending questions/help for them. Guess I'll try the paladin while i wait.

    Contact customer service to get a comped respec to fix it.

    if you really think they gonna give me 300 free zen - you're wrong. nobody gives a single f*ck now, they have new posibility to earn MORE money, so they dont care about PC server now. i think i will quit playing, since i cant use unstopable or my gwf anymore... 300 zen wasted for nothing... did 2nd respec after that and it didnot helped... so the stuff like respec gona help is lie.

    One way to resolve these issues is to use the free respec granted to all players. Open your powers page, click respec button and use the Free Respec provided. If you do not have a free respec or have already used yours, please reach out to our support team at support.arcgames.com

    yeah already did that, i got simple answer - its not our job to fix that, please contact other support group. so what we have to do?

    so basically there is NO CATEGORY for this bug to report, trying to make ticket but even my post is deleted i guess its useless and we have to quit...

    Exactly... I was using my free respec when the servers crashed... now the free respect is gone and so is my tab function... I've sent in a ticket, but as the volume must be ridiculously high right now, i'm not expecting to hear anything for awhile... unfortunately my GWF is pretty much useless until something gets done... but i'll survive, maybe :-)

    It's been 2 days now... has anyone heard anything back from "support" regarding this issue ??
