Hi guy's A.a here.
Finaly some good new's for GF's.
Thank's to the curve and stuff +the encounter lv 4..GF rather shines now.
Combined with Negation enchantment it's yumy (Impressive tanking).
+ the CC rezistance it's irrelevant VS prones (wont affect duration of prones).
And GF have that.
Let's talk about skills :
Bull Charge :Nice range ,fast CD 8-9 seconds, 3-4 seconds prone (total duration :when you get knock back in air , fly , hit the ground , get slowly up, enter a perma stun combo.)
Flourish : Another great CC ,can do a perma stun conection after Bull Charge.
Crescendo it's rather awesome daily range and CC duration/prone. (connects awesome to the perma stun)
Lunging strike it's Awesome ,Best mobility skill ever: Can Dash with high range (so Chasing Op running targets not an issue) CD 7 seconds. (U can catch 40-50% speed target without any speed on GF at all. +nice damage rezistance buff.
Good combo for Ranged classes /or op runners is :lunging/bull/cresendo/anvil
The Lovely Shield will grant you all DR u need and tank everything almoust nonstop if you plan it right (or using Into the frey).
Anvil it's awesome finishing skills , even a noncrit Hit it's a doom Hit.
Overall GF can finaly shine and easy Own the weak targets due the curve
Well finaly GF gets some love :P
I just Love the infinite Prones/Stun chain..it's awesome
And yea the Damage GF can do , it's huge.
back to mod 4-- Tanking a Perma Stun rotation(bull ,crescendo..etc) was Ok ,you could survive like up to 5+ rotations.
Mod 6 :if you lucky to survive 1 prone+perma stun combo rotation thats good.
It would be the best to avoid it , even if it's hard.
Love is good, But to much love for one Class , can break other classes And will break them 100% in this game.
A balance it's much needed.
So what u think guys ??GF can be a strong candidate for beeing Over powered mod 6 ??
I vote yes.
My lil feedback would be:
Change Bull prone to a CC (that respects CC rezistance as well) (so we avoid the perma prone/stun chains to death.
Crescendo/Lunging Strike range reduced . ( it's not normal that a melle class can outrange everyone and be able to catch without any speed ,another target that have over 50% speed.)
Anvil slighty less damage.
May The bacon Bless.

Overall the damage of GF is unreal high ,and it have best tanking skills/best mobility skills (Dash ) Best prones/daily range.

I dont know what perv y are testing but my CW beat and killed every GF on prev .
And TR /HR /DC are way more powerfull in pvp then CW.

Any high graded GF have Tene build what is not viable in mod 6.
I know at least 6 other GF eq graded like me maxed out all boonst enchants artifacts best armor +weapon encht they will drop GF .

Currently there are 2 GF in first 10 pages.That is the awesome 0.8%.Yes. lol!!!!And thirteen Gfs in first 50 last time i checked ,two weeks ago.

Since i already know your answers "ltp" ,"you are a bad GF" ,"you are a just a rank5 newb" , I am rank8/9 .Perfect enchant/weapon enchant.Not Bis ,but not severely undergeared either.Dominion champion even before mod4 hits.And bloodthirsty before mod3 hit live.Never used the reflect/sos build.490 pvp games just in mod5 ,268-222, 3774 kills ,2547 deaths,6300 assists. I am not high tier of pvp but i have seen my share of pvp in this game even in mid level.
Yet if i fall versus to any descent CW /Tr i am toast.
I have killed some Cw s higher gs than mine that means nothing:In contrary;Means that Cws are such an easy class that the class carries the player ,not the other way around.
With my 11k gs Tr i can kill Gfs 3-5k gs higher than me easy time.
Just dodge and roll STRAIGHT through thier block.yes it is so difficult to be in their backs and cc them.Thank me for the advise later.

I am not Bis ,but at nearly 19-20k gs(depends on setup) and as Conq i hit as following: Flourish 6k,GW 5k each,Anvil 6k.
I bring the numbers cause represent the average Gf i would say.
How much hp does a Cw have in mod5? How much dr? 40+ k hp and 30-35% Dr plus the shield.(80%) plus the 1sec (x4) immunity dodges.Plus 90s range.Plus he ignores my CC resist and i am obliged to elven battle forever or to slot shield talent to keep my shiled up against his never ending cc powers.
Make the maths if i can finish him in one rotation.
How much does the encounters of Cw do? The freeze encounter ,repel ,and entagle plus the storm spell?
Only the storm spell hit for 20k damage.Sometimes more.A Cw can kill a Gf only with att wills and storm spell procs in 5 secs,while the Gf must do a whole rotation flawlessly and even then he can not come the CW dawn to 40% hp.

And then some of my friends say "hey don't be so aggressive against CWs".Mod6 not even started and TR and CWs cry for nerfs against the Gf!!The 0,8%!!!!!

If you all CW/TRs want Gfs to lose thier cc.Let's do this for all classes.Gfs already thier stuns are reduced to half if you didn't know(i am sure you don't).I expect you to advocate deft strike , etc to be effective at 1/2.Ok?

Though with disintegrate, storm spell would do less percentage of total damage.
Besides, even if we WERE super-overpowered, it's our turn. We've been pretty weak in both PvP and PvE for over a year.

I agree to everything you say but once more again attack to supremacy of steal -guarded asault.1.REFLECT while is active cannot build ap.2. module 5 :gift of faith from devoted cleric heal the reflect damage.general devoted clerics powers heal that reflect damage.AND 3 i defend my pt and you play your solo career( here comes and the conqueror words: i am conqueror i am not tank:)) so please dont talk about tacticians like is shame to play this tree.
p.s. and dont think tactician is a weight in pvp party build ap to party members more strong into the fray and and and..

Where did i sayed that tacticians are a weight? I did not....And you are correct about the current SoS build.Currently cannot gain Ap while blocking ,but this was a nerf after mod4 started.Original you could gain Ap.
And seriously having a HR and knowing that a CS consumes only 25% of Ap and you can use a daily every 10 secs,i find that the nerf to the early Mod4 SoS build was too drastic.
Remember all the crying?CWs were the leaders in attacking GFs at the time.
I know that you play both CW and GF and i appreciate your honesty.
Off topic:
I also have a tact alt,IV, and with trample the fallen,crushing pin,threatening rush to keep close conduct with anything i hit.And with control (designated by game not in reality lol) powers slotted: FS,GW,Anvil or ITF,FS,Anvil my 14k tact dps is not so far as someone would expect from a 20k gs SM Conq.
So yes IV tacts are good
and i can tell you as a BIS CW- like i said earlier there are only few GFs in this game who really can play this class and they are killing machines in 1 vs 1, they can easy land (if all on crit and enemy dont deflect his hits) 40-60k dmg in 1 rotation, and only anvil can make 30-40k crit so don't tell me "GF has no damage". To shame i didnt recording my pvp against Lothor when he just kill me in 3 shots- 18k bull charge 15k daily +35k anvil.

Yes there is small numbers of GF becouse again like i said previous modules make this class useless. But now mod 5 GF can easy kill: every class even TRs and DCs.
many of CWs ask Cryptic for bring back shard to rightfull place becouse in mod 3 you could recognize good CW, but well...people said- shard is op...need nerf...now there is no shard you cry about SpellStorm. never ending story.
BTW, little ask- you are GF, you have something like shield? try to put it up and i am sure CW 5CCs spell storms and another hiper mega pro skills won't hurt you.
To conclude- in my opinion GF is one of best characters in 1 vs 1 now, if is well played he can 1 rotate even TOP TRs and 50% buff could be to much. maybe if you are saying about pve- yes GFs dmg is not high but his one target in pvp is to much.
My part was about module 5 becouse i dont test many thing on previev becouse every another patch notes we have different stats here so for me it is just stupid.
PS. DPS tank is this same sick idea like DPS DC
Be more tough, more CC resistant with higher damage reduction. Would be awesome.

there are some -counted in the hands of a hand BiS GFs.mfgane sys is one .They are others too.But for every Bis Gf there are 10x of every class.You cannot prove anything. So?
2 in 240 toons in first 10 pages are only Gfs.One of them is Brollax of EoA.The top pvp guild.
