Hi i wondering if the elven battle enchant could be reworked or fixed for the next module please, it would be a awesome enchant for pvper if it could reduce CC duration with a big effectiveness. In this moment on live the perfect one doesn't work. And the tool tip on it is too hard to evaluate.
Please devs, make it beiing a good option as negation /soulforged are

Pure: You are 200% more resistant to slows, immobilizes and disables. Their duration is reduced.
Transcendent: You are 200% more resistant to slows, immobilizes, disables, and stuns. Their duration is reduced.
No mention about CC in the tooltips, but I will use the rank12 nevertheless and I think that there are other enchantments that are way weaker.

Im not sure about division, but bascily all those 4 cathegories ARE CC.
if you use a transcendent Elven Battle enchant against a CW you will find that you can't be frozen anymore.

As always, noone can be sure under which category a specific encounter belongs (I read it a hundred times: never trust neverwinter-tooltips ).
I can confirm that chill and icy terrain and icy rays are incredibly short with rank10 elven.
The roots from hr are shortened, too.
Rogues disables (smoke bomb?) are not affected at rank10, but will hopefully at rank11/12.
I am pretty sure that entangling force of cw is not shortened (thats what I understand under a traditional cc).
And I think thats the only spell that is not affected by elven enchantment, rank 12.

@Up make ur perfect into trans on previev, and post test here, we all know how perfect (not)works. What is intresting to check how trans works. So is somebody have it, check it m8. Imo r12 should work on cw's force.
I was beaten for about an hour, I shot and wore 12 elven battle, no difference in the duration of control - did not notice.
Once upon a time went from 9, perfectly removes slow, now I do not see it.
At this rate, Elven Battle is going to cause issues, for better or worse. It reduces stuns at r12? Nice, GWFs will never again land a stun + IBS combo. It reduces roots and dazes? There go trapper HR roots/dazes, and that nice, flushing sound you hear is that from scoundrel TRs (which no one will miss anyway). CWs will just have to run damage-only stuff like Disintegrate and Ray of Enfeeblement, plus maybe Repel (if pushes aren't affected by Elven Battle too). GF stun chains of doom with Crescendo/Griffon's Wrath? Elven Battle takes care of that too. DPS DCs tossing Break the Spirit around? Not that much.
Terror enchantments also won't look so desirable if that root duration is continuously reduced to a third.
Once they fix Negation, Elven Battle is going to get a bit more attention, and it will mess with a lot of classes and builds to have something with that much cc reduction in PvP. Fighting someone with Elven Battle will be very different from fighting someone running any other armor enchantment.
Trapper roots and dazes are not going anywhere. you obviously have not tested a transcendent elven battle against one have you?

Everything you posted here is wrong, except the GWF stun into IBS, that was already gone before R12 Elven Battle existed.

tested rank 12 thanks to vasdamas, the enchant seems stil broken BUT it clearly works vs roots. it was impossible for me to roots my friend cw.
even without the roots the damage from thorned roots still goes which is kind of good.
does not work vs daze, stuns, entangling or whatever.
its not an enchant i would advice you to buy.
ps tr dazes dont last a seconds now if you scoundrel because they proc the capstone nerfed instead of the actual daze loooooool

I tested a trans Elven Battle a bit in WoD, I can confirm that it is working nice against roots i.e the green archer that roots you and aftewards use the Aiming Shot is completely unable to hit since the character cannot be rooted for longer than 0.5s, as soon as I remove the enchantment I'm completely rooted for several seconds. I also tested this in live server using perfect elven battle and works in the same way, roots counts as immobilization. I tested the transcendant against the white dragon soldier that use spinning strike and a applies a freeze effect, I noticed that it was a lot harder for him to stun me. Considering how harder are the mobs now, it might not be a wasted enchant in PvE, maybe there's another revision for this enchantment tomorrow, we'll see.
