what mod are we starting with on Xbox?

I've seen several different claims that we're starting with mod 4, mod 5, mod 5 with tyranny of dragons class balance and others.

So what's the real starting point? What's the difference? Is there a link to the patch notes we'll be playing with?

    you can look on neverwinter twitter account for when they did the Q&A:

    they said it will be launching with mod 4 tyranny of dragons.
