Transecendent Terrors root ignores block. Pls fix

    the root also ignores unstoppable and sprint on GWF

    Unstoppable and Sprint make you CC immune. so that makes sense.

    will be fixed on mod7, basing on how long sunburst took to get fixed

    You are so optimistic. I vote mod 11. Same time, when GWF will have dozen of 2 handed swords to throw into enemies.

    It does not ignore block. Because it have nothing to do about block. Block gives you CC immune, not root immune.

    Well then, looks like they messed up either way. Root is a form of control and should be classified as control. Any argument otherwise, is just a pointless exercise in Semantics. :/
