I agree with Eldarth, but again that wouldn't land cryptic a single dollar, so I don't see why they would do it. Unless they finally could see more than just the inmediate earning.
Why not both? Reward authors with featured quests with additional slots, and make slots available for the rest of us to purchase?
I'm only working on my second foundry myself, but additional slots is something I might actually consider paying for, especially as I fill them up. (I definitely wouldn't want to delete a quest to make a new one.)
I'd even be happy with a couple of unpublishable slots as I've got one tied up QA'ing all of their foundry bugs every major release.
Call 'em QA or Template slots even.
