Post Beta! Actual launch of the game/open beta.

If I don't get a beta code.......


1. I'm more curious about when the actual game/open beta will arrive???

2. Is it like most games when the beta comes out then 3-6 months later the game arrives??,


Thx for any info people can give.


(I'm not sure how it works tbh I'm a xbone gamer only lol)

    The game has a release date of 'Q1 2015'. IGN has it posted as a March 2015 release.

    NW already out in China as it was bundled with their Xbox One release in Q4 of 2014. (china just released X1).

    sorry but do you guys know if we are going to need to download the game again, or it will be like a big update to final release.

    I'd imagine that's like all betas, it depends on how many and how severe the bugs are. If there is a ton or it has some extremely gruesome ones, I'm sure an entire redownload will be needed. Otherwise, it'll probably just be a patch.

    Just my guess.

    From the livestream yesterday, they were quite suggestive that it will hit live a lot sooner than many think and even said that it's coming so soon that there's no need for an Open Beta. They also said they got the Closed Beta data they were seeking from this weekend's beta on the first day, because the turnout was more than they expected, so the rest of this weekend is just fun and little things. Of course, things change, so don't take that for anything more than hopeful hype.

    Considering it's already out in China on Xbone I'm kind of surprised that there is more than localization for them to do.

    No they will not, everything is wiped on release.

    Nay, they said in Friday's livestream (and other places) that beta characters will not carry on into release, that there will be a wipe.

    That's cool, now I know not to play too much of one character, gonna try all the classes out instead.

    i have been really impressed with the beta, consider me a xb1 neverwinter addict already XD man i hope we dont have to wait long for the release after this beta, im gonna be sat here twiddling my thumbs and counting down the days :(

    wish we could have a few more days beta ... wink wink nudge nudge pwe ;)

    March was expected date. It may release sooner than that by the sound of it!!!! I blooming hope it does!!!!

    That is great news! I haven't had the opportunity to play Neverwinter on the PC. I really enjoyed the beta. My hunter was lvl 21 with mount and first artifact. Thank you.

    I really enjoyed the beta but there are some things that need to be touched up and fixed first but the game is playable in its current state.

    I am really happy to see the xbone peeps like this game as much as i did on pc looks like we should have a good community.Plus a real enjoyable game to play on the xbone... still waiting for smite beta lol.

    After this beta and now i bored because this closed beta took all of my time and I loved it! I loved the PC version as well and the button layout was done well but they need to have the button letters to stay on or something because sometimes I do forget.

    So I love this game and im sure a lot of other's do to and I know its only been 3 days since the beta closed but I must know and im sure a lot other people do to. RELEASE DATE! When is it coming! All we heard was soon, very soon!
    Well is its so soon then just spill the beans plz! This game is going to be the best thing on xb1 imo. I love mmos and after the delays with eso I was pretty disappointed but now eso is a afterthought I wants neverwinter so common sweet bebes give us the date!

    3 days that feels like 3 years.... my friends and I are so disinterested in other games now. Feels like punishment to play something else honestly. Get us some info or we riot!!!! Lol jk

    I'm personally ready to play the game right now.

    I'm spending my time snatching streams of PC play on Twitch whilst I wait.

    It's not the same sadly :*(

    Why not just play it on PC. Its req. Aren't that high.

    I was only able to play a few hours but from what I saw, the release should be right around the corner. The only issue I ever experienced was some minor lag spikes in the town itself. Everything else was extremely well polished. I can't wait for this release, I've been looking for an actual game to play on my xbone.

    The lag spikes are bad in town but that's really the only place. Just like in wow if you when to the bigger cities the game came to a crawl.

    I can't wait for this game, the Beta was awesome. For those who seen the livestream on twitch, did they give any sort of specifics about release date. I know IGN stated Q1 2015, but I was hoping maybe we had more info at this point. Regardless I can't flippin wait!!

    Only played a few hours on x1 and loved it....shame the Hardline beta was running the same time though. Managed to get my keyboard to work for chat system which im glad because using controller sux big time ....and smartglass on my Lumia is no good as I have man fingers hahahaha and keep pressing wrong buttons
