Alchemy Experimentation on Gateway

When claiming a completed alchemy experimentation (any rank), if there is a success with "Basic Alchemical Research", the reward is not displayed along with the unstable potion or whatever else you are supposed to get.

I am seeing this bug on the Professions Gateway through normal website and mobile version.

    Can you provide some follow up information? Does it appear in your Inventory bag when you log in to the game after completion of that task? If it's disappearing then I would stop using that profession through Gateway. If its in your inventory bag when you log in, well, that's Gateway.

    You get the item, but no notification that you received it. You have to check your bags or keep looking for the research task to see if you got knowledge or not.

    The exception is the experiments that result in goo instead of unstable potions - these do notify you of the receipt of knowledge, iirc.
