(Bug) Damage Enemies for All of Their Health or 1HP or 0HP (Resulting in No Damage)

Title pretty much says it. I started the preview shard just fine everything seemed normal about 10-15min into the game. I was just completing quests in the Drowned Shore when all of a sudden I was one shotting everything. Giant Crab guy in that HE? One shot he was dead. Sometime after I left the beach (of course not before one-shot to the big guy over on the edge of the beach line), the damage went from being in the hundreds of thousands/millions, to 1hp. Enemies would still die after 1 shot. Then a couple of minutes later, 0 dmg done to enemies resulting in no damage done at all regardless what level they were.

During this whole time I just had my normal boon setup and was wearing mixed green/blue gear and some of the old purple gear I had started with.

Just curious if anyone having this problem. If it reoccurs I'll take snapshots of the epic-ness that is my healock xD

    I do have to say, zikocheng, this was affecting a GWF in my party and he was on the opposite side of the map and wasn't in a party with me.

    Being in a party is not required, although the proximity sounds off.

    Lots of buffs are applied to "allies" which is anyone whose name you see in green, not just party members.
