Can't use Dragonborn Race

I bought Dragonborn on the live shard yesterday (just the race reroll package). I thought I would be able to use dragonborn on the preview shard to make my paladin, but it's not letting me. I figure this is a bug.

    It's been that way as far back as I can recall, packs etc are not there on preview.

    hunter pack is, rest of mine also missing, would be nice to have them, for nothing else i'd like the char slots

    I'd like the character slots, shared storage, and packages to carry over. It seems so odd that none of it does and I am stuck with a slow mount on new characters.

    The Preview test server is an island: no links at all to Live and that seems to include any add-on Zen market or Cash packages you have purchased as none of my stuff is ever there (except, as stated above: the mystery of the Hunter Ranger Booster Pack - does show there).

    I don;t see my Dragonborn or Moon Elf races, I don;t get to reclaim *anything* from reclaims agent (except HR Boost) or the Zen Market - like Mounts, etc. So whenever I test a new race or class I just think of it as the New User Experience) - which makes sense as that's the feedback the Devs will want the most.

    As fore all this stuff being available on preview? It used to, then it "broke" when they released the HR class for testing. They "disconnected" that stuff - as explained in Dev Notes IIRC - and it has never been reinstated since. But that also make sense to prevent exploiting and whatever else.

    I'll just going thinking they want it to be as though a new player is trying things out.

    I think it would make the most sense to have all races available on preview to all players, even the bought ones. Give people a chance firsthand to see if they think they're worth buying. Race reroll should be an unlimited unlocked option like respecs, and character slots should be available well above the default two.

    Since it's an island, there's no point in keeping the cash options from live locked behind a nonexistent paywall.
