Fail Server

Why am I punished for your inadequate servers?? The only time to get tier iv on tiamat is when the servers come up from weekly maintenance. During that Tiamat fight your servers struggle badly. 3 times the server has response lags in the 15 sec range and right before the kill I am disconnected. I am logged back in in less than 5 seconds but still I get shoved in to a bugged instance. The last 4 weeks this has happened all but once.

Think about it. How it is currently set up, tier 4 happens once a week, and the servers consistently drop the ball. Dangling a ONCE A WEEK carrot like that and having a large number of players being dropped by the server is only planting seeds of ill will. Maybe if you made the higher tiers more common you would not see the entire player base trying to do the instance all at the same time. You know your hardware cannot handle it. While I know it was not intentional you could not create a more negative feeling in me towards this game if you tried.

The good news for me is my urge to buy zen is all gone.

    The lag has been absolutely horrible since maintenance few days ago. I never lagged at all till that maintenance. So bad I've given up playing all together. It is not me for sure. I contacted ISP, all is well. I am on a dedicated Fiber Optics connection at 1g speed, all other games play awesome & smooth, so I know for a fact it is not on my end. And it isn't graphic lag, cause I am running x2 GTX 980 4GB Graphics Cards In SLI with 32mb RAM, so NO WAY in heck it would be that. They need to address this issue & address it fast, I've seen better games empty for less. Just saying.
