As the article says, yes! :)

You can use the included race re-roll on the character select screen once for any one character. You can choose any race you have unlocked. Further Race-Reroll tokens are available in the Zen store.

    Safe travels,

As zebular said, what you get from this pack is

1: Chromatic Dragonborn are unlocked for your account (unlimited use)
2: You get 1 normal Race Reroll token.

You can use the reroll to make an existing character into a dragon born or use it for something completely different. And you can make new dragonborn characters as many as you want.
Sadly you are a bit late as this was on sale a few weeks ago.

Now if they only had something like this for the metallic dragonborn...

Awesome! They're really fun, in my opinion. While it's easy to make them real ugly, if you take your time and see what all the appearance customization options do (there's not "a whole heck of a lot" though), you can make really cool and visually striking ones.

    Here's my MoF CW Dragonborn
    Here's my SW Dragonborn

I've personally never liked Dragonborn in paper & pencil, always kept Half-Dragons in my Campaign instead. However, I really like the way Dragonborn turned out in Neverwinter. I have a level 60 Dragonborn CW Master of Flame, he is fun! He was a Sun Elf that I race changed. I also have a female Scourge Warlock Dragonborn too, she is also fun but I'm still leveling her.

Just be sure to read up on guides for your class before you re-assign your starting stat points, unless you already know what you're doing, so you make good choices. :)

I like the Dragonborn's versatility stat-wise. Appearance wise, I find that if you narrow and lengthen the muzzle, they look more draconic, instead of just reptilian. That being said, I really wish the devs had implemented some better options for headgear - like a hood, or just remove the head spines/horns, allow them to wear regular headwear, and just remove any faceplate/mask that said headgear might have...

I also wish we had a true black and white for skin colors...

I'm just curious, when you use a race reroll, do you get to customize your appearance along with that, or are you stuck with a default appearance until you pay for a cosmetic overhaul as well?

In short, yes! Here's the full details:
    Race Reroll Token
Grants the ability to Polymorph your character once to change your Race, Gender, Ability Score selections, Appearance and Character Name.

Your existing appearance is preserved by default if you do not choose a different Race.
However, if your character is OLD, you may look different even if you don't change anything as many models have been changed to what they are now when making a character. You can cancel the process at any time during re-roll and nothing will change.

Some hues of blue can come quite close to "true black".

And I wish we had something like this for metallic dragonborn instead of lockbox gambling.

Yeah, I'd also like to see the option to out-right buy any given race rather than in a bundle. Even if marking would rather such a race not be an actual Zen item. More so, I would like to see all races in the Zen store though, as their own unlock not a part of a bundle.

Purchase with cation I got this and never got my reroll. They did refund, and I can restart as dragonborn, just no reroll.
