This Again?

So this is the second time we run the Cult of the Dragon siege on Neverwinter event, and they do the same thing. Why on earth would you remove the Defense Supply Master? What are we supposed to do with the Defense Supplies now? I know people were not very interested in this event the second time around, but come on! People complained about this the first time around. Show a some of interest once in a while and prove that you listen to the community a little bit at least.

    This is just one of those things we keep asking for but for some reason they just aren't hearing us. It just not cool whatsoever to remove these vendors/ event NPCs from the game right after the event ends, they should stay for at least a couple days. Now they just take up room in the AH and in inventory with no way to spend them. Yet in Moonstone Mask the Waukeen merchant stays around 365 days a year, but he's the only one. smh

    "beckylunatic" Gateway AH should have column headers to sort by buyout, bid, end time, quantity, etc. These disappeared iirc with the module launch. It's obnoxious.

    With all due respect, you knew the schedule and at this point it's a surprise if they get their maintenance over in time. I'm sitting on over 200 supplies as well that I couldn't trade due to the longer downtime, but I messed up getting that done yesterday or whenever.

    Wait, so you're telling me that despite knowing that the Defense Supply Master disapeared at the end of the event last time you expected it to be different this time becuase "people complained"? You haven't been playing this game very long have you?

    Based off the information you had from the last event why would you not have traded in your supplies earler? I understand that people have work and school and other things to do that are more important that playing NW all day every day, but you could have traded supplies in the night before, or gotten up early to trade them in this morning. Honeslty I think its WAI and is fine the way it is, I managed to trade in all my supplies before the event ended as did many other people. Never make an assumption about a non-vendor NPC sticking around after an event, cause you're gonna have a bad time if you do.

    Pst, people can craft supplies so that they get their last supplies after the event ends and other events allow you to finish up after it's ended. I didn't bother with the event though.

    Why would I expect them to leave the event NPC thus time?
    Cause I hope that the devs listen to the community, at least when it comes to small things like this, and the community asked for the NPC to be left there. We did specifically ask for the Defense Supply Master to not be removed the first time.
    Cause our lives don't revolve around a game and we may need a little extra time to deliver the Supplies, just like we need time to trade the event currencies. I mean you can argue the same thing about the event vendors - "Why didn't you buy what you wanted to buy from the vendor before the event was over?" If they can leave the vendor for a few extra days they can leave the Defense Supply Master too for the same reasons.
    Cause they have no reason to remove the NPC, in the first place.

    Don't get me wrong, I got everything I wanted out of this event, some of the rewards multiple times. It was a nice event, imo. If I have to discard/sell a few Defense Supplies it's not gonna kill me. I just want them to listen to the community. OK, the first time they they didn't think about about it, they screwed up, fine - it happens. But why again?

    There wasn't much of a reason to do this one honestly. You couldve saved up for a chance at a battlefield medic, but you couldve bought one for about 115k during the winter event, which was probably a better solution.

    It was easier to earn the champ horn this time, but its by far the worst potion slot item and worthless to worry about getting, other then your collection seekers.

    If you wanted to play boring "farm the RP" it was a good even for that.. but then again, you have to accept that playing "farm the RP" is a exceptional format for a MMO. Which many of us haven't.

    I got a medic, which I shall sell when the price looks right plus a bunch of dyes and also boosted my campaign currencies.

    I quite enjoyed the various HEs and it was a quick way to stick a few levels on some of my "less fun to play" alts. I enjoyed it and, yeah, maybe the defense supply guy should have hung around but he did not do so last time and it's rare for that sort of thing to change in the game. Devs have other priorities.

    I got medium black horse, two companions and all outfits in this event and i didn't spend any money. Some said it is boring and went to Tiamat but i did this event and win. This is my first 80% horse :)

    Yeah it was boring after some time but for me Tiamat also boring. Doing same things again and again...

    So the defense master isn't offerin to take my defensive supplies in groups of 6 or 12 anymore? Does anyone else have this problem. Or the answer. I don't want to turn the. In 1 at a time but right now it's the only option he is giving me
