    hi, newb here, sorry for the inconvenience xD but i asked a question here about how to go about getting a copy of my arc profile's url yesterday and i havent recieved a personal message and my question seems to be deleted?

    when i go to my account and view my profile the only url i can copy is: https://www.arcgames.com/en/my/account
    (photobucket says its not a valid url)
    please forgive my incompetence but please help me out here? I am absolutely sure the problem is on my end as i am oblivious to this kind of activity... im behind the times and getting old *sniffle*

    I think what i mean to ask is where can i find a valid url for my arc profile?

    When you go to the link you posted, (if logged in) you will see what Arc is calling your "Profile" right there. take a screen shot, (Use "Print Screen" on your keyboard, if you have windows) Paste it into a graphics program, Crop the extra stuff, leaving your header and profile picture... Upload that picture somewhere (see first post) and then put the pictures URL here.

    thanks for the reply friend, when i try to print screen of my arc profile i get this message:
    unable to upload. Image must be one of the following file formats: JPG, JPEG, GIF, PNG.

    BAH i found it, i finally found a google explanation in the form of a video that helped me understand how to find screenshot in Paint under the clipboard icon.

    Without seeing what you're doing, i can't give you a better answer than this.

    After you take a "print screen" you MUST put it in a graphics program.. such as MS Paint.
    -Crop to remove your account information like your email address.. then SAVE IT.
    -Save it in the file type of one of those you listed.

    If you do not know how to do this, please Google "how to make a print screen into a jpeg" or something similar to see pages with photos and step by step instructions.
