Considering that the bulk of the staff has only been back to work this week from a long holiday. Its a bit soon to see any real updates. We might see something on preview in the next day or two. But I wouldn't expect any real patches until next week.

Knife'e Edge: No longer incorrectly triggers multiple times on Bloodbath
Hunter Ranger
Roots: Certain Trapper roots no longer pass through dodge immunity frames
Careful Attack: No longer procs multiple times incorrectly
Careful Attack: No longer ignores Guardian Fighter's Block if casted before the Guardian blocks.

Storm spell offhand bonus: now share the same proc rules of the true storm spell. Hence it cannot double proc anymore.
Storm fury: can no longer be multiproc'd by dot enchants.
Ice rays: is now correctly dodgable
Storm pillar: no longer procs Chaos magic without dealing damage and no longer puts you in combat activating your artifact cloak AP generation.
