starlight parcel(voucher) dissapears

When i was using my starlight parcel voucher to get a starlight parcel, it said i don't have enough zen and then dissapeared. There's nothing in my bags no voucher or parcel. It happend on my Tr char. Have reported it.

ps; i still didn't get any answer about my extra Garden keys that dissapeared out my bank

    Hi have the same issue as you.
    They stole my vouchers from all my characters leaving only 1

    Please return my starlight vouchers, was saving them for a gift exchange. Now you deny me and my friend a chance for nice presents

    It sound slike you have a different issue than the OP. You do know that the Starlight Vouchers decay in 24 hours, right? There's a little countdown timer on their tool-tips and their icon has the temporary hourglass mark on them, just like all other temporary Zen Store Coupons.

    Use the vouchers right away and save the Starlight Parcels if you want.

    The key to the protector's garden is not a physical object anymore, It dissapeared from my bank a few months ago, but I can still access the protector's garden anyway with that toon....My toons who didn't have access still don't have access... To me the change is good, it frees up an inventory slot. I still have to find an use to that garden btw... Sometimes ÉI just go there to chill and smoke a cigarette while sitting on my lion throne... I hope that this information wil help you understand what happened...
