So, about Tiamat Hoard Reclamation. I'm sure most of you remember when in first two days we could hit II Hoard Deffender (I'll call it tier 2, for easier understanding), but nowadays I didn't see we get higher than tier 1.
What I propose is that we agree on international times and donate to Tiamat Horde Reclamation twice a day, as I think that is the only way that we can get to tier 3 or tier 4.
About times, I was thinking that majority of Neverwinter players are from Europe and North America, but we can't forget about other players over the world, but if spaced correctly I think that every player can get 1 run daily.
I propose 21:00 to 22:00 UTC and 11:00 to 12:00 UTC. But these times are subject to change, that is why I'll put in poll voting.

Seems to be a pretty high chance of getting it if it's actually achieved. Someone I know got 2 off hands.
I like the idea of having a weekly reset but I don't truly see that happening.
Somebody also suggested privately to make it an individual achievement.
At the very least, though, the cost for higher tiers needs to be reduced and/or the value of contributions needs to be increased.
It just isn't worth it atm.
If we decide one time-frame the rest of the community that is scattered around the world is most likely excluded.
I can make it a day poll. But lets see how we get voted on times then I'll post a day pole, from Monday to Sunday.

Totally agree BUT if a whole day is picked then that means donating all day long so that all player have the highest Tier (IV) every given hour in order to have a chance on all they need. Is that possible you think? Because i don't think it is.
Also the point of making it an individual achievement even though is sounds great means we loose the whole point of people server wise uniting and guilds working together to banish Tiamat in my opinion.
