More bagspace?

So I'm guessing I'm not the only one with bagspace problems. Anyway we could get some more bagslots? Whats limiting you for adding more slots? I would be happy to buy more bags for zen if I could use them. Seems to me like a legit way to make more money, so why not?

For each module new items are added and its kinda a big problem nowdays.

Question to players: How do you deal with not enough bagspace?

I think they should give some more bag slots, especially since they made all the refining/enchantment stones bound. More than half my bagspace is taken up with that stuff, i'm sure I'm not alone in that.

I think you mean more space to use more bags (more bag slots to use bags). I think the answer is, they only want you to carry so much stuff at once (therefore limiting the amount of data needing to be transferred to maps and such).

They want you to use shared bag space and purchase more bank slots for any further storage (although making a personal guild is probably the cheapest way to get 48 more slots for unbound stuff).

    1) Bother to do the lower quests for a new bag.
    2) Do the "earn Zen" thing with surveys for the First Time Buyer's Pack.
    3) My lvl 60 TR self gets bags from new Tiamat dungeon. (20 slot)
    4) Use in game AD to buy in game Zen (price been going down lately) to buy a bag from Zen market.
    5) Regularly clean bags for sale items, and try to use bank for storage rather than bags.

I have a feeling that it has more to do with all storage space as a whole. I get by with a max amount of greater bags, but I am a very organization driven person. I agree that adding a slot or two for bags wouldn't hurt in the long run.

Yeah even one more bagslot would helpout alot.

Too much time at mailbox consolidating. The characters I can't play because of how long dailies (and inventory management) take make decent mules.

Tab out to Gateway to vendor.

Brutal decisions about what to keep, sell, salvage, etc.

I could definitely use a 6th slot. I have bags that are unused right now because I replaced them with the one from the dragon pack. Being able to re-slot those would help a bit.

i have same issue with that.

they added so many new runes and enchantments, and upgraded potions.
they just added 1 bag "dragon packbag" and that is way too little.
it getting impossible to save some armors and some weapons for appearances because i dont have full set yet.
i prefer Star Trek's storage and inventory format.

i would expected to see a new pack slot added when they added each expansion, so far, we are behind 3 bag slots.
Dread Ring bag, Dragon Bag, and Sharandar Bag.

Completely missing the point. Once you have five bags that are as big as you can get, you're hooped. If you are out in the field and run out of room, the bank does not help.

I already use greater bag of holdings + one that came with dragon pack with extra slots and I still have no space. :P

3 bags are used for RP and enchants. One for gear, artifacts and one for random stuff like mounts, keys etc. And the mainbag for potions, kits etc.

Dang man, that would be an amazing option as a boon (an affordable one, not something that take 6 months to grind) instead of more GS inflation.

I understand your concern, but we're not Hermione Granger with the beaded handbag.

    Our things weigh.

Actually I'm a CW, so in that case I should get unlimited bagspace.

There are reasons (u could use search). There is plenty of space in bank (+ guild bank).

Just to pour more oil (and for the server load sake), the 3 backpacks and one bag of holding (and even that one should take time to crawl through, not to mention its restrictions based on dnd) should be enough.

Other than that i dont mind "bank" access in a camp of each main zone (or a cart, whatever).

It's not cheap (in $$ or AD/zen) but the dragonborn pack in the Zen store includes a 30 slot bag for every toon on your account. 30 slots are most welcome. With that and a couple of greater bags of holding I now have enough space for a stack of most stackable stuff that drops so enchants, potions, RP stones automatically tuck themselves away leaving the "top" two bags free for blue trash and merch stuff. It's a very time efficient way to be. But not cheap...

Seriously, if you don't have enough bag space with the current maximum, you have a problem.

You only need potions and kits in the field... the rest can go in the bank :P

On characters where I use more than one gear set, I need to have that with me, not in PE. Same for swap-out artifacts, and weapon/armor enchants if you ever change those out to better complement a party or an activity.

The more things get introduced to the game, the more space gets taken up. It's almost unavoidable to need a spot for dragon scrolls, dragon potions, and dragon hoard coffers now. I vendor every single coalesced potion that comes my way, but the black ice salves and IWD healing potions have their uses.

A lot of people want to save their refining items for double-RP events, which effectively means at least 2 stacks of every type of enchant and runestone (6 enchants, 5 runes; rank 5s of black ice instead of rank 3s), assuming no use of Fey Blessing to generate bound rank 4 enchants as well. Dragon Hoard enchants produce as many as 7 types of bound items; it's feasible with Tiamat's loot table to have at least 5 of these in unbound stacks as well.

If you carry extra overload enchants with you, these take up an inventory space apiece.

    Etc.
