How does End of Day Automatic Refinement for Rough Astral Diamond work?
-Automatically refine a maximum of 24,000 RAD once a day or more passed once user log in (user has 100,000 RAD to start and went away for 3 days, he comes back, logs in, and gets 24,000 RAD Refined)
or
-Automatically refine a maximum of 24,000 RAD once a day passed once user log in (user has 100,000 RAD to start and went away for 3 days, he comes back, logs in, and gets 72,000 RAD Refined)

However, if you log into Gateway before you log into the game and gain any rough AD or refine any AD through the gateway, your automatic refinement will be invalidated. This is to keep any exploitation of the automatic refinement system from occurring through the Gateway. This is why I don't do my professions for the first time of the day in the Gateway, but do the first round in the game instead. Then throughout the day, if I cannot get in game to also invoke along with professions, I'll use the gateway to at least do my professions.
It is not cumulative, if you miss a day, that won't count towards the next day's automatic refine limit. This limit will always be 24,000 or your previous day's limit, whichever is less.
Here's an example for ye incase I was confusing:
Let's say during Monday, you play some and refine your current 12,000 RAD, leaving your daily refine limit down to 12,000 AD left from the 24,000 daily limit. You play some and gain 30,000 more rough astral diamonds but forget to refine them before you log off for the rest of the day and night. Then, the next time you log on after daily reset time (currently 2:00am PDT), 12,000 of that 30,000 rough astral diamonds will be refined automatically.
Monday, post 2:00am PDT:
1) Refined 12,000 RAD.
2) Gained 30,000 RAD.
3) Forgot to refine remaining 12,000 limit AD before logging off.
Tuesday, post 2:00am PDT:
1) Login to Game (not gateway), 12,000 of that remaining 30,000 AD will be automatically refined.
2) Daily Refine Limit reset to 24,000 RAD.
3) You'll have 18,000 RAD waiting to be refined.
So let's say you miss Tuesday and don't log in at all until Wednesday:
Monday, post 2:00am PDT:
1) Refined 12,000 RAD.
2) Gained 30,000 RAD.
3) Forgot to refine remaining 12,000 AD limit before logging off.
Wednesday, post 2:00am PDT:
1) Login to Game (not gateway), 24,000 of that remaining 30,000 AD will be automatically refined.
2) Daily Refine Limit reset to 24,000 RAD.
3) You'll have 6,000 RAD waiting to be refined.

Sword coast adventures has a simple dungeon that allows you to invoke but I don't know whether it is a full invoke that gives you the ardent and celestial coins or if it just prolongs your timer before you have to invoke in game again.
You cannot invoke in gateway, only extent your invoke timer by doing the temple one in Sword Coast Adventures.
