It should be worth noting that the vast cause of this issue is the fact that TR Executioners were abusing the bug. It's well known that they are taking down end-game bosses in seconds. This will be fixed by the time servers come back up and then, we shall see how the mechanic works as intended.
I'm guessing even with Common mounts you shouldn't have too hard a time getting each one, but an epic 110% would still be beneficial.
not all exe feated TR's abuse the bug by choice, some have chosen that path because it looks good on tooltips. Just because maybe you have abused it doesn't mean ALL do it. (hence you underlined that part)
Made 4 of 5 dragons last night on a 80% mount started on White and got Great Success on 3 of the 4 as I kinda went out of my way on one to avoid trash... was only a group of 5 people doing that Dragon Run till we came to Red who had an army attacking it, I didn't even get an Encounter on it. [ kind of stupid to have Dragon at zone entrance I'd say ]
The other 4 people had 110% mounts but I wasn't too far behind, funny one time a 110%er got shot down by some Thayans... 50% mounters would probably be screwed.
Maybe the Cult/Thayans could throw out nail strips [like police use] or some other kind of trap to slow the 110% mounts and let the others [80% or less] pass freely to balance the zerg.
It was my 1st time doing the Dragon Run I didn't even have the quest as I need to go after my night's rest... which they supposedly changed now.
Don't think the dragons will be going down to so quickly with the "fixing" of Shadow of Demise.
Depends on the amount people in zone if you could make all 5, if a group is camping each one, you're only going to get one at best... no matter how fast your mount is.
Been looking forward to upgrading my Perfect Sarcasm font, but due to recent changes it seems I will need to grind the Nine Hells for my Pure Sarcasm font... ironic isn't it?
Do people actually pay attention to the labeling of success, great or otherwise?
Lagwind dale claims of great success were rewarded with such pitiful scraps that any notion of the word great were obliterated. The dragons were a mild improvement in that you can actually see the **** thing even though the red spots of death are often far too late or just obscured by the other fx coating the ground.
The whole coloured dragon thing comes across as another example of lack of adjustment based on testing before things go to the live server. Or testing that was done with a certain section of the market in mind.
Each module is pretty much throwaway content that empties once the next bugfest lumbers into peoples sights. Module 4.5 tries to reduce that theme by being tacked on to tyranny but that only delays the inevitable abandoning of the zone to the TR bots with the leechy minions that infest sharandar.
I wanna ask a question.. And since i'm new on the forum idk if this is the right place to ask.. Anyway.. Forgive me if not, but i wanna learn if there is (must) a route for the dragons here? Some say we must start with the white one.. I couldn't find anything about this...

It didn't really matter as long as you didn't kill red first, so teh easiest path wasa to go white first the ngo clockwise. It doesn't really matter now.

I'm on a 50% mount and that happened to me. I just got up, went into Stealth, ran away, and re-mounted. No big deal. I still arrived in time to participate in the fight. I guess if it happened to a class that couldn't just run away, that might be the case.

That would be funny. Caltrops!
And for the love of God, TRs were NOT abusing Shadow of Demise. It was broke. If you call choosing your capstone and effective feats to maximize the effect abuse, then your problem is with the developers, not with the players. It would be nice if folks placed the blame where it belongs. It's fixed now so even this mount issue shouldn't even be an issue anymore but man, the cynics and whiners in this game are **** near unbearable.
say did something change on NW,i logged back after a while ,bought a heavy howler since on sale but its bound to character, and apparently so are the rest of the zen mounts at least on me.Is it a new change ?

The zen mounts are always Bind on Pickup. Considering that you can claim them an infinite number of times. Allowing you to claim, and them sell, or trade them, could lead to some serious problems.
Once bought the entry in the zen store will read FREE and will always be so, for each and every character on your account.
no i ment that i had heard that the howler was bound to account on pickup and not to characters, and ignore to the fact i choose the wrong one...so i was asking if it has always been bound to character or not?
Yeah, kind of annoying how if you don't have a 110% purchased mount you might as well not even try to get any of the rewards from the new zone. Super fun chasing everyone down only to see the dragon go down in under 5 seconds before I can even get to it. Free mounts might as well be walking.
THIS IS UTTER BULLPLOP with the mount i payed 5 gold for i make it to every dragon in order

When you claim a mount from the Zen store, that particular mount is bound to that particular character. Now let's say, either by accident or intentionally, you discard that very same mount - it is available to clam from the Zen store again, for FREE. Again, if you claim the mount, it is bound to that specific character.
This is how all Zen store mounts work - all your characters you ever make can claim the mount for nothing, and if you discard said mount, you can claim it again, for free...

They need to lower number of people in one instance because its Dragons from mod 4 all over again (Dragons die in seconds SECONDS!!!) or people need to use their brains and divide their numbers between dragons instead of attacking one by one in 30 player zerg.
Forget that second thing though, people want their belts soo much they never gonna agree to "share" dragons.
