why are items looted sometimes being bound ansd sometimes not?

when I get items off of kills sometimes they are character bound and sometimes not so I have ended up with 2 stacks of a unit like a white pearl for instance (wastes inventory space with 2 spots for same item taken up in bank or inventory) or got a few epic items the other day the ones I could use on one of my other tunes (were for warlock which my other tune could use not the H/R I was playing)were char bound and 2 that I had no use for and so salvaged were not bound at all, gotten on same day. It is very confusing to me, any one know why?

    I see you dont post on teh forums often maybe dont visit them often. Sometimes its a good idea to read through some of the topics.

    But anyways. All refining points (white pearl) dropped from your dragon hoard enchants are now account bound. The non bound ones are either from prior to change at Mod5 or ones picked up from chests/nodes etc they will not be bound. Yah it can be annoying if you save some RP or dont have 3 guild banks and 30 characters.

    The SW stuff, if its the grimmore/ and t1 mainhand that drop from the dragons in WoD; yah I think they are bugged. Both the offhand/mainhand (i know for sure offhand, i vaguely remember getting a mh) were bound to character; those being the only two pieces of gear ive seen bound from those WoD dragons. Not entirely sure why, probably a bug.

    Heh. I have three stacks of each jewel: Before the binding, after and the unbound
    ones you now find in chests. When they give us the double-points day in December, there will
    be a lot more room in my inventory!

    Well it seems with any epic items that can be equipped by a warlock are char bind and for all other classes are not, at least is my experience on every drop I have gotten, is this a bug dev's? and are you going to fix it?

    The arms/feet/armor for SW i received as drops werent. Only the MH and OH. The others i know cause they are now equipped on my SW after dropping on my HR aka dragon runner. Unless its a specific piece I havent seen other than the MH and OH.

    All you need to do is look at auction house pricing to confirm that the armor set pieces for SWs are dropping BoE, while the MH and OH are not. The armor is as cheap as for any other class. Weapons are not.
