UPDATE: Today I was offered a reversal of my account to the exact date the problems started. I was told ANYTHING i'd done after this date would be a total wipe (Wouldn't mind it if they replied within 2 weeks). So, I transferred any items i could to my Scourge Warlock to keep what I could, and waited. An hour later my ticket was updated again, I wasn't actually going to receive my roll-back at all, and instead they'd "moved my ticket to the next tier of support". So - yet more waiting for me as the support team offer me help and take it straight back. How ridiculous.
The day mod 5 hit, i'd got my first character to 60, my TR. Anyhow, before reaching 60 i'd bought 19,000 zen for multiple things, which, up untill mod 5, i was fine and happy with.
As soon as mod 5 hit, and i logged into my TR, i noticed i had no stealth bar whatsoever, and my dailies wouldn't work. I ignored this as i continued to struggle in the T1 dungeons without using them. Later in the day literally, EVERYTHING i'd put on sale in the auction house had sold for the price i'd asked, and i'd recieved my mail. The problem? There was no AD attached to any of the mail, and it wasn't in my conversion bank or anything else, trust me i've checked.
On top of this, every time i equip a piece of armor, slowly but surely, it's stats will just degrade to +0/1 variants of what they already were so i've just discarded them and got new sets, which just do the exact same thing.
What would I like to be done? Well first, a reply on my ticket would be nice, i submitted this 4 days ago and still have no reply whatsoever even though i have supplied proof of literally, everything (Bet it didn't take you 4 days to take my money from the bank though.)
What i'm asking is, will cryptic actually respond to my ticket, and as i've requested in the ticket, what are the chances they can reset my account and refund my ZEN directly to the account after everything has been removed? I heard that if you get scammed they usually give items/zen/ad back, i'm just wondering if it's the same when they're the reason I have nothing on my account that 150-200 euro's can get me.
If not, plenty of people ingame have suggested i get my cash back myself via visa, and just spend it on another account if i wanted to, which seems the best idea so far as they seem to show a lack of caring about anything support-based.
I've seen people be told that topics such as this 'Dont belong here', and belong in the ticket system. If you'd answer the tickets within a week, maybe people wouldn't have to.

At this point it doesn't seem like they will respond. I've put in numerous tickets but to no avail. Check your registered account email as any responses will be sent to that email rather than in game.
Well, I can't just give in hope that i'll get my ZEN back, up to 19,000 is a hell of a lot. I don't get payed a whole lot from my part-time job so to spend this much money on a game was something special to me. What's weird is they edited my post to remove my purchases screenshot, but haven't replied.

That does sound like a very strange and game stopping bug. I have never heard of this happening before. The only thing I wonder is if it is somehow related to your TR Feats being reset when Mod 5 came? Still, that doesn't explain the unusable dailies or your stealth meter and equipment issues.
Unfortunately, the only recourse for such things is to make sure you've filed a Support Ticket and not just a Bug Report. Bug Reports are just that, reports. They are not Tickets for Requested Help. Bug Reports do not get responses and do not get penned to your Support Ticket history. If you filed a bug report or don't see your Support Ticket in your history here, please file another one.
Weekends generally go much slower in response to Support Tickets as there is less Support Staff working through the Weekends. If you haven't heard anything back by Tuesday, Nov 25th, please contact me again so I can put in a request for your issue to be looked at by my Community Manager. Still, Moderators are not allowed to meddle in the affairs of Support, so my hands are tied until we've given enough time for Support to respond to you before I can safely bring this to my CM.

It's not the game stopping bugs that is annoying me, It seems to be the support people's utter ignorance, they can take my money at the click of a finger, but when they dont actually give you what you pay for, they avoid any knowledge of the subject.
The thing that bothers me most, is the fact, I had literally 19,000 zen when i started this game. Between spending 5k on the Dragonborn Legend pack and a couple of thousand on the auction house to buy the basic, i'm left with:
A lesser flaming enchantment - 150k AD if i was lucky
Around 10 assorted rank 5 enchantments - 4k AD each, if i was even luckier.
2 Draconic items for the Scourge Warlock (DIDN'T WANT TO HAVE TO BUY THESE BUT YOU MADE MY TRICKSTER ROGUE UNPLAYABLE) - Around 100k AD for the set, and now account-bound.
Xvim set: Maybe 600k AD worth of items here, all account bound - which i'm happy about buying, it's the rest of the **** I care about.
Overall? I don't even have 1,000,000 AD anymore, This equates to 2,000 zen, which would be just under 7,000 worth of ZEN items on my account, meaning i'm missing almost, what, 90% of what I payed for.
They WONT reply to my ticket whatsoever it seems, they've marked it a duplicate, of which it isn't and continued to ignore me.
I have to keep saying this I feel otherwise this post just get lost in a muddle of others it seems never get helped with:
I'd like my whole account resetting, and all of my ZEN putting back onto my account as it was the day I bought it. I'M EVEN WILLING TO START FROM LEVEL 1 FOR CHRIST SAKE - Just give me my ZEN back, please..

DISCLAIMER: I don't mind leveling in a game at all, but I spent 2 whole, dreadful days powering my Rogue to 60, only to have it taken off of me after I do so, and now being forced to do it all again.
Yeah, well, through countless hours of researching I found out a lot of things that may help other in why they think they've too been ignored. I'll put them here into a post so anyone with a similar problem can be at a little more ease about the fact;
1) I found out that on weekends, much of the PWE staff don't work (Obvious, I know, but when you're waiting for a reply it's not something you think about), and a huge backlog of tickets, bugs and other things can't be answered until the working week begins, and going through each ticket in order could make the wait a long one.
2) A ticket about lost items/zen/loss off anything has to be looked into, and probably passed higher until someone with the authority to make a decision gets to it.
3) Mod 5 has just been released, and through 3 days of being logged into the forums to see similar bugs, a minimum of 20 people have been viewing the bug reports section constantly. There's going to be a lot of little things they have to fix, and down a pretty big list (?) lies our tickets.
Things that can help; I think a week is the maximum waiting time on a ticket before someone of importance can refer you. I suggest doing as I did and messaging a Community Manager/Moderator politely and waiting for a response (They don't take long at all from my experience, and are as helpful as anyone I've ever met, kind too!).
Don't try submitting another ticket to the support if you already have one in - This marks your previous ticket as a duplicate, and the time for a response is refreshed. Unfortunately both of my tickets are marked as a duplicate, but I've managed to make contact with the awesome community staff, so can get more guidance on what to do and how to do it.
In multiple posts on this thread, I actually broke a few of the forum rules (HUGE apologies), luckily the community staff, instead of banning me for my faults sent me a private message, linked the rules and even took the time to edit my posts to an acceptable forum thread while telling me what I did wrong.
I hope this helped even one of you, I know how it feels to think you've been ignored, it just turns out they're a hell of a lot busier than I could have ever guessed.

Sorry for the late reply, that's exactly how I was until I was waiting on Akromatik, but it turns out he can't actually handle anything to do with money, as that's customer support's job. Thus putting me back here, into a hole I can't seem to get out of, almost lost track of how long my ticket has been on there, 10 days or so I think.
I guess it all does eventually circle around to the fact we're going to just have to wait for customer support to help, although it's not given me much hope, to be honest.
What's more annoying, is the fact i've lost so much and am left with so little, it just makes me want to put more money into it, but I didn't get payed anyhow, so can't really get any at the moment
Edit: Also, don't be afraid to PM a member of staff, just ask if they have any information on what you should do, if they're in a position of authority to which suits your issue, i'm sure there's no problem them helping you. - Unfortunately, the sad case is anything money-related is handled strictly through customer support tickets.
Second Edit: I should have mentioned, the 'bugs' on my character have all been fixed (By customer support, akromatik, I've no idea) and have tried selling cheap items on the AH, which seems to work fine too. Unfortunately the only thing I cared about, my ZEN is still floating around that mod 5 patch somewhere, and still no reply to my tickets
