Dragon Horde Enchant - ICD Broken

In the past days, I have noticed that my refining drops have been far and few between. So, I decided to do some investigating. After chatting with some folks in both legit and my guild, we discovered that the ICD for Dragon Hoard Enchants and Fey Enchants is now 3 minutes. Now surely this is not intentional, as I checked the two most recent patch notes...

    These things don't go in patch notes. Neither did previous ICD of 30 secs.

    Yes, i've experienced the same!
    Its really not fair to nerf the Hoard Enchantment that hard! The bots cant use it anymore because its BTA, so PLEASE cryptic Publishers have mercy with us and remove that ICD
