The big encounters seem not work properly. I could not see the dragons when the encounters were on. Someone told at some place it worked. Here I just want to collect more information.

By the way in one middle encounter today, the boss was immune to damages.

When they had the assault on Neverwinter event, there was an issue where the dragons would either not be visible or you couldn't target them...

It was working immediately after server restart, I killed several dragons - they die like flies (e.g 1-2 players can easly kill them).
The boss which was not taking damage is not bug. First you have to kill mobs around it. For some reason these mobs are too far and not visible so easy, so go around and kill everything and then boss.

I also encountered this bug with "Invincible" boss. We killed all mobs around him and filled the brazier as was mentioned so notification appeared that we can kill the boss, but he was still invincible.
Maybe this is random, I only tried it once so far.

Some say if you kill the red dragon, the rest of the dragons will disappear, but their timers will be left behind if they weren't killed already. So don't kill the red one first.

There is a bug/issue with killing the red dragon. Tried to do the run 3 times this AM. and got to ha;f way through green dragon 3 times before they went poof. It seems to be causing alot of understandable animosity especially when the order is spammed in zone like continiously. Gave up in the end and just hope hope they fix it.

This... The second the red dragon is killed, all the other dragons despawns... Of course since most people doesnt know about this yet, and are to stupid to read zone chat, this will keeps happening...
Of course doesnt help, that the zone chat is filled with random trolls, who apperently find it funny to kill the red dragon first/confuse people by telling them they need to kill red first...

It is indeed so. The red dragon, once dead, will make the rest no longer visible. Also, the Green dragon sometimes takes a hike TOWARDS the Blue one (on your way towards Red, bottom one). Right now, it got stuck midway towards the Blue one and its life refilled completely. I have no idea what caused this migration.

What's more, I'll repeat something I said in another post: the limit of one instance is 30, but people can still get in through invites. That limit must remain at an absolute 30, if any of us are to actually experience the game. Otherwise, latencies of 4-6 seconds and crashes are going to ruin that for all of us, due to overpopulating.

Just to address the other point, the invincible boss is a known issue that is being fixed.

I identified a couple of issues:
1: Killing Red Dragon despawns the rest - don't think that's WAI
2: Not really dragon related, but boy it makes the server go slow - when too many stacks of SoD are on one of those dragons, everyone gets major lag. Even the server, because I can see that we freeze for close to a minute, but no one dies - so it's clear that even the dragon can't handle the lag.
3: Aside from the lag, the dragons tend to get stunned/frozen by something - won't attack or move for a few seconds.
4: Some people are able to pull the dragons way out of their zones - awesome idea, btw (randomize spawn locations; make some fly around and drop red lines ala Fulminorax); but not sure if WAI.
5: Some of their Voices are bugged (taken from other dragons/bosses).
