So I have a friend who I'm TRYING to get to play Neverwinter however every time she tries to start the game it freezes and then crashes just before the character select screen. She has tried everything she can think of to get it to work even uninstalling and reinstalling. Could some one help?

OK, I think i manage to get it work, not really sure that it is a correct way tho.
    Here's what I do:
    1. Update my graphic driver to latest one
    2. RE-Install my Direct-x driver (I don't use windows update) manually

However, the graphic quality somehow a little less than before

PS, I'm using AMD APU proc

Please file a Support Ticket, folks. These aren't support forums. If one needs support for such technical things, the only way to get that is through Support.

No worries. This is a bug reporting subforum. It's not to get support on said bugs. Reporting them is fine but to get upset because Support doesn't respond is not. If one needs Support, which it sounds like a few of you do, please file a Support Ticket. To save time, you may wish to attach your DXDiag.txt report with your Support Ticket.

    To get that report, click
Start (or right click Start for Win8 users), Run, then type in dxdiag and press enter. Then click "save all information" on the bottom and save it as a .txt file. Then when making your ticket, you should have the option to attach a file. Attach that file and give as much information as possible, as well as a link to this thread.

    Safe travels,
