stuff that procs Creeping Death

Anybody know if this is abilities only or does necrotic damage from tenes and terror enchantment, etc also apply?

    I don't believe that Terror enchants proc Creeping Death. Have you turned on your combat log in your chat setup to view the procs for creeping death?

    Lifedrinker doesn't proc it

    No enchants proc it, unfortunately. I think such thematic and underused enchants as Lifedrinker and Terror should work.

    Dev posting even indicated that they were initially meant to, but that seems to have changed without commentary.

    Does anybody know, will the terror enchantment proc creeping death in the next module, or not?

    According to Gentleman Crush on test server:

    "Creeping Death: Almost all powers that deal Necrotic Damage are now correctly identified as such, and should activate this feat much more reliably."

    There is no detailed info as to whether that includes weapon enchantments, and I haven't gone on Test server yet to see for myself.

    Terror worked for me on ptr. Also, critical promise and executioners gift procced while using vorpal.
